“The Pirate & The Mermaid” This is a visual development piece from a new story I am working on by the same name. Inspired by the idea that you don’t get to pick the person you fall in love with, this scene shows one of the many daily visits between a Spanish pirate and his Mermaid love where he helps her learn how to read.
