Obligtory New Year Post

So I bid 2014 goodbye and say hello to 2015. The past year was a tough one, a year that defied The Smith’s plea to get what they really wanted. Sadly, I got dumped in my love life, in my career, well I actually felt like I got dumped by life itself. In general, it was a year full of major heartaches.

But just like any year, I need to move and keep chasing the sun. I may still be wounded but life doesn't stop for anyone. So hello, 2015 and let’s mend our shits together.

La La Laguna

The idea that I am already living again in Laguna for good did not sink in until one afternoon I saw myself walking alone from work and realized how my afternoons used to feel like. Yes, I grew up here but it seems that Metro with its blinding lights and good company overshadowed my familiarity for this place. Since Laguna and I are starting to rebuild our relationship, the getting-to-know-each-other phase, I think I should learn things about him, Laguna.

Here are the few places I have been and hopefully every week there would be an addition to the list because you know life is too short to be a foreigner in your own town. And also I don’t want to look back one year from now thinking how dull my stay here was.
