This is Rodney. We met him while we were walking through downtown Louisville today, and he stopped and talked with us for a while. “The worst part about being out here is when people won’t even acknowledge you,” he said. “Not everyone will be able to help, and that’s okay. But when you try to be polite and say ‘excuse me’ and people won’t even look at you? It hurts. It makes you feel like you’re not even a person.”
