VIXX "Do Won Kyung" GO Order Form

Hello! I, Caitlin (@caistarbright) am working with @Ninja_Chun again to take orders for VIXX's new album. We have taken orders for every album since Chained Up but please READ EVERYTHING carefully! This will be our LAST group order together as I am planning to move to Korea later this summer! FORM CLOSING DATE TBD. PAYMENT -Payment MUST be received by TBD! If you do not pay by this date you will not receive your album. -Payment ONLY by Paypal. -AFTER FILLING OUT THE FORM SEND YOUR PAYMENT YOU WILL BE SENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH YOUR PAYMENT AMOUNT. Please send it to [email protected] and include the name you put on the form in the notes so we can keep track of payments (this information will also be posted in the confirmation email). PRICES (INCLUDES SHIPPING): -1 album for $19 (includes EMS from Korea) -2 albums for $29 (includes EMS from Korea) -If ordering more than 2 albums, price will be negotiated DETAILS: -Payment accepted only by PayPal! -BIAS CHOICE IS NOT GUARANTEED! Note: Leo is the most popular member and hardest member to find -Bias choice will be given on a first come, first PAY (the sooner you pay, the better chance you have of getting your first choice) -If you are ordering a set, your bias choices will be used for each album. Jelpi staff monitors what fans say to the members, so we will similarly censor/remove anything inappropriate by Korean standards. Don't give them a bad impression of international fans.
