I NEED AN EXPLENATION

Japanoise is an EDM subgenre and look, music is music but I need two things explained 

1) Why the fuck do I like it so much

2) How is it D A N C E music (Because EDM stands for Electronic Dance Music)

And then he has a giant three-headed dog that he named Spot. Yes, there is evidence that Cerberus means “spotted “.
