I have two questions (both about hellscape au call me 1# fan)

1. How is the writing going? I'm rlly excited for the new chapter, so if you could say how long do you think it'll take for the new chapter to come out on ao3

2. Idk if someone asked that yet but who do you think Caine hates the most? You don't have to if it reveals to much of the lore though I have a feeling it's either zooble or kinger but who knows? (You, you know lol)

1. Writing is very slow-going, the new chapter is probably about ehhhh 40% done? It's all outlined, the issue has just been giving it substance and making sure the pacing isn't too rapid. I'm shooting for a mid-to-late July release. I definitely want it out before August, though.

(I also got started on a funbun angst one-shot to shake things up writing-wise so I won't get burnt out on writing the same thing. Im not putting the same amount of effort into it that I do Hellscape, so it's been less brain-scrambling to write. That one's nearly done and should be out soon yaaaay)

2. He doesn't hate any of his captives per se, it's more like he's frustrated they won't cooperate with him. They're almost like his rebellious kids in his eyes. I've established a while ago that he holds the tiniest bit of resentment for Kinger which still holds. "You can't unmake me" style resentment. :p

I apologize for the slow updates, I tend to work on a bunch of different things at once so everything is frankly sporadic here on Slushie-Slam's Wild Ride. Thanks for sticking around and for your questions! ∠(^ー^)
