(After much deliberation on my own.. I have reached the decision to shut this side blog down for the time being. I had at least two good events on here and that’s better than I ever expected. If people wish for me to try my hand at this again, don’t be afraid to make requests. For now, this blog is closed and won’t be hosting future events. Since it’s winter, I decided to announce a second Snowball War event! I haven’t set an exact date for it yet since I want to make sure enough people are interested for it. Something important to note is that this event is NOT FANDOM LOCKED, like the previous events. I want to continue with the message of coming together and having fun! During these times, we need to be there for one another more than ever. SO! Please hit the like if you are interested in the event. I’m also putting the team sign-up form down below to allow for early registration.

(As much as I love Halloween and Autumn in general.. I think I’m going to pass on hosting an event this time and just wait for winter to roll around. I’ll most likely host a second Holy Snowball War and hope that real life things calm down by then.)

(Well.. the deadline for sign-ups was tomorrow but with the current event in the app, I don’t think people can focus on this just yet. So I’ll be postponing things or just extending the sign-up date. It is a very grind heavy event, after all. I’m very sorry!)

Clear blue waters gently crash against the sandy shore, the sky above calm and decorated with a few drifting clouds. Indeed it’s the perfect weather for an island get-away and one that was very much needed. Though soon the games would take place, another tournament for people from near and far away..

“Welcome, Everyone, to the Chaldean Summer Event! I’m sure you’ve all heard the news floating around about this and have been looking forward to it. Well I’m happy to announce that the preparations are complete! The proper channels and pathways have been opened so that visitors from far away can come join us. I’ve been informed that they are completely safe and no one has anything to worry about! Though there is one thing I have to warn all visitors about. Any and all dangerous weapons will be immediately confiscated upon arrival. No exceptions! This is to assure that no fights will turn deadly during your stay here, though I hope no fights happen to begin with. Let’s make sure to promote kindness and togetherness alright~?”

“Now please turn your attention to the large monitor over here! I’ll be showing you a preview of certain parts of the island so you all know what to expect when you arrive. Now the island itself has a large span of forestry on it, perfect for going on a pleasant walk alone or with your friends! Just keep to the paths and you won’t get lost, please do keep that in mind. There will be housing provided during your stay here but it won’t exactly be on the mainland itself. Instead overwater bungalows have been provided and I have implemented a new method to make finding your place to stay a lot easier. When you are checked-in, you will be given a key! Take care to not lose this since what it does is very important. You can select any bungalow you want, so long as someone else isn’t inside already, and insert the key into the lock. All the material necessities you need to enjoy your stay and your own personal style will form inside by the time you open the door! Amazing right? Just make sure you keep your key on hand or you’ll end up locking yourself out. The next location is the large boardwalk that lies on the large stretch of beach. This is where you’ll find vendors that have set up booths to sell items or even run games! For this event only, I will allow people to apply to set up rides like roller coasters as well. It will just need to pass a safety inspection is all.”

“The best was saved for last~.. In the middle of the island is a large stadium! The floor of it will be covered with sand and plenty of rows of seats await you inside. This is where our tournament will be held! A team tournament of Capture the Flag! We have two teams that have signed up already and there is still time to join! Gather your friends, even strangers, to form a team and participate! You can find the details of it here, on this bulletin board. Now.. I declare the island and the event officially open~! The tournament sign ups will remain open until the 11th unless more time is requested.”

Nix took one look at the team name and couldn’t prevent the giggles that came over her. This had Hyde written all over it and she had a feeling Gilgamesh wasn’t going to be happy about being the captain of Team Twink. “E.. Everything seems in order to me! Once I open up the island, your team can begin constructing the fort. You’re accepted!”

Types of Yakisoba: Shrimp Yakisoba Chicken Yakisoba Pork Yakisoba Yakisoba with a sunny-side egg Vegetable Yakisoba Spicy Yakisoba (Your choice on which of the list above you want spicy)

Appetizers: Spring Rolls, Gyoza, and Shrimp Tempura

Drinks: Sweet Ice Tea, Unsweet Ice Tea, Peach Tea, Coke, Root Beer, and Water. Alcoholic drinks (Are served in only reasonable sized bottles): Beer, Apple Cider, Vodka, and Wine Coolers (They come in strawberry, watermelon, orange, or mango)

Prices: The prices are different for each currency.

Other info: The stand will have a two wooden tables separate from each other on the side of the booth. Each table is able to hold 6 people. As well as have chopsticks, soy sauce, hot sauce, and napkins. If you want just the appetizers or a drink, then it’s more then fine. It might be a Yakisoba stand, but if you want the other items in it, then it’s more then fine. For the alcoholic drinks we will ask to see ID as well as limit those drinking to one alcoholic drink. Lastly the yakisoba will be severed in a clear plastic container. It will be hot or warm so be careful when holding it, and some drinks will be served through can or cup.

Booth opens at 10:00am to 3:00pm

how do i enter my muses into the capture the flag event?

(In order to participate you must form a team with other people! A minimum of three members and a maximum of six. You can’t make a team made out of entire your own muses on the multi though.)

Alright! Time for me to explain how the tournament and weapons check works so that everyone is on the same page! Probably should’ve rolled this out first, my bad. I’ll list the details below.

How the Tournament Works!

1. I use a bracket generator to prepare the match set ups. Who your team will face is completely up to chance! Once the brackets are made, I’ll post them for all to see. Whoever wins the match proceeds onto the next spot on the bracket and so on.

2. When your match comes up, I will make a post announcing the upcoming match! I’ll tag all team members, or try my best to remember to do. 

3. Then what happens next? Do you all have to worry about a deadline and writing with a large group of people? Not at all! I handle the results personally and write up a commentary/summary of what takes place! I use a Random Number Generator and roll six times for numbers from 1 - 10. Which ever team has the highest combined score is the winner! I will tag both teams in this post as well so that they are aware that the results have been posted.

4. I will note here, and it’s mentioned in the rules, that NO NOBLE PHANTASMS ARE ALLOWED. (For Non-Fate folk, that means no super duper awesome death weapons or attacks.) 

Weapons Check!

Do you want your character to have a SUPER AWESOME water gun instead of the standard provided one? Want to see if you can bring in a WATER CANNON? Then write up how it works, and a picture if you want, and send it in! This is also how you can alert me to any special characteristics your Sand Castle might have! Like hidden water guns, a moat filled with totally nonlethal sand alligators, and so on. There is no special form for this so need to worry about that! Get creative~. The only restriction is no bladed weapons! This is a WATER fight.

Like the Snowball War, this will be team event! What does that mean? This simply means you can’t enter by yourself but must gather a team in order to participate! I am encouraging everyone to get along and reach out to one another in order to have as much fun as possible! Below I’ll list some specifics for the sign-ups and they’ll be posted up on the board shortly afterwards too!”
