I think this is a better attempt than my last one.

I think I’m going to try not to reveal too much of my characters stories before the game is finished, but knowing me, I like sharing my process and I will likely blab about everything as I make it. Anyway, this is Ghost, the player character on my concept RPG.

Just curious: what comes to mind when you see this character? What does their design tell you? No wrong answers: I just want to know if my character design is doing it’s job, if there’s anything I should change, and what things people like about it

I like world building! This is a medium sized ambush predator that lives in the northern taiga and tundras of my fictional planet. I don’t have a name for it yet.

It’s fairly fast for its size and relies on its bite to kill its prey, while using its forward claws both as occasional quadrupedal locamotion, as well as grappling tools. Due to the planet’s rings, winters are extremely long and dark, so it has evolved large eyes and heat pits to help detect prey. The horns on its head, as well as the heavy reinforcement, primarily evolved as display features and for intraspecies competition, but doubled as anchoring for powerful muscles as well as working as an effective ramming tool.
