🌻Hey Everyone! 🌻 . . So that up there 👆👆 is legit how my conversation went with God last night.I remember I was trying on some outfits I had received in preparation for Summer Events and so on...I remember I was looking at my tummy and saying "You're so not where you used to be girl.You need to get that back that toned stomach" And of course I immediately went into planning mode. I started to draft up a weekly plan for exercise and I even downloaded the fit girls app,Google Fit and some other exercise apps. I was super excited for my "back to fit" journey (that's what I'm calling it😂)... I went to bed that night and about 4:30 am, I was like half asleep,struggling to get out of bed,but then I remembered I had to exercise,so I immediately got up. . . Now 4:30 in the morning is the time I normally wake up and do my Bible study and Devotional before starting my day. I caused my flesh to become so excited with becoming fit, that I was willing to neglect my time with God. After rushing out a few words of prayer so I could get to my "back to fit" routine, God decided to speak, . He asked, " So you can get up to do push ups, but you can't get up to pray?" . That's when it hit me, I was willing to neglect my time with God, to get back fit, when I needed to get back to Christ. Instead of looking at my tummy and saying I wasn't where I needed to be, I should have looked at my spiritual life to see if I was where I needed to be. I repented there and then and I knew I hurt Him. Of course I did! He's a jealous God! And I was willing to now remove His slot in my life,His time with me, just because I was excited by " back to fit" journey. . . Brothers and sisters, I pray you'll examine yourselves. What's exciting your flesh ? What's causing you to give up valuable time with God? Remember He's a jealous God. . . Tag someone who needs to see this!

🌻Hey lovelies!🌻 . . 🌼I just published my New Website! I'm super excited and feel accomplished after spending like a month designing it myself and I can say I'm very pleased. . . 🌼Just to let you know, there are a lot of "Coming Soon" Content on my website,these will not be updated until July,which is when I officially plan to start blogging agan. (I'm on a blogging break..) . . 🌼So in the meantime,thanks for your continous support and love! 🌻Let's Be Real🌻 -With Chantai .________________________ . . 🌼Proverbs 23:17-18 tells us that, as we as Christians,we shouldn't envy sinners (those who sin against God),the reality many of us do it without even knowing it. 🌼They're many times,we may notice that the 'grass seems greener on the other side',when the truth and fact is,it isn't. It's just because you're focusing on 'that side' too much, instead of watering yours, that's why it doesn't seem greener. Let's try our best as God's children to keep our eyes focused on Jesus, and not on how prosperous ,beautiful ,wealthy,healthy the 'other side' looks. Focus on YOU, until the focus is you! DON'T worry about what's happening around you,just make sure that you know who surrounds you. If God SURROUNDS you,you have no need to worry about what's happening around you. 🌼Continue to Fear God and you will be rewarded,you will not be disappointed. Once you allow God to water 'your side',you don't have to worry about how green the grass looks on the 'other side.'
