Hello! Here I am again~!

After having disappeared for quite some time, I decided to try and sub Kenta’s new Jdrama where the he’s W-lead with Aramaki Yoshihiko! I just watched the first episode and to be honest it’s hilarious in my opinion lol.

*Considering I’m a university student who’s pretty busy, it might take quite some time before I finish subbing even one episode.

🔍STORY🔍

While living in a camper and running a lost possesions detective business named ‘Hunting House (Japanese:  探し屋) Tabikurage’, Sakamaki Youhei (played by Aramaki Yoshiki) picked up Takimoto Kenta (played by Mizue Kenta) who was backpacking, while moving, and ever since they hit it off with each other, they started working together. With the combination of Sakamaki Youhei, who has a good nose and sharp intuition, and Takimoto Kenta, whose forte is digital relations, they are sure to find the requested lost items and solve various cases.

Mama Omi and Daddy Sakyo

I got bored this evening and it made my brain whirr, so here are some Omi and Sakyo as the Mankai Mom and Dad headcanons.

Omi and Sakyo have COMPLETELY accepted their roles as the Mankai Mom and Dad. They’ll even respond to their names now.

You’d think this might make things uncomfortable between the two of them, but it’s totally the opposite. They’re both mature enough to make this partnership work.

Omi doesn’t have a lot of free time between uni work, the theatre, and photography, so when one of the guys comes to bother him when he’s busy he has no problem telling them to “Go ask your Dad.”

Sakyo can see when shenanigans are going to go wrong from a mile away. You will get one warning. One. After that, it’s “Don’t come crying to me when you break your necks.”

They will back each other up no matter what. Dad said you couldn’t order pizza but you ask Mom for it anyway? They’re already one step ahead. Sakyo text Omi the second you walked away to tell him you were going to ask and that the answer was no. They are a team and you WILL be enjoying a nice, healthy home-cooked meal tonight.

Omi is secretly irritated that he’s seen as the more lenient one. If he has to ask whether Sakyo gave the guys permission to do whatever it is they’re trying to do one more time he will hold his face into a pillow and scream.

Omi will make dessert, but only if you ate all your dinner.

Sakuya and Muku always get dessert. They’re good kids who eat their veggies.

Sakyo considered giving the troupe an allowance for a hot second. He’s never considered it again.

Both of them have been to parent-teacher meetings for Masumi, Tenma, and the other students with absent parents. Masumi and Tenma both hated this with a fiery passion, and not just because they got into trouble for getting bad grades.

Like all parents, they have good kids and problem kids. Banri, Juza, Masumi, are the most problematic by far, but Tenma, Yuki, and Taichi are also high up on the list.

His “children” are the reason Sakyo drinks.

Sakyo has heard “But he started it!” more times than he ever considered possible. The last time he heard it he almost banged Juza and Banri’s heads together.

Sakoda is a total snitch. He’ll keep an eye on the guys for Sakyo because he thinks it earns him points. More than one of the troupe has gotten home after skipping class to find a very, very angry Dad waiting for them. They have no idea how he found out.
