(Yknow I really gotta remember to post my shit here more often) Hey y'all! 5 year anniversary of when I started on this project today!

Concept sprite for an angel grappler for chaos combat the black on the face is a censor that i plan on being animated ingame

Balance Changes-
Fley - Buffs: -Made nair more consistent -Nair now deals extra base hurtstun for comboing purposes (+4 frames) -Lowered scaling and base kb on combo hits of nair Nerfs -Can no longer use grab_extra (the hitbox was broken anyway)
David - Buffs: -Extra ledge attack hitbox, increased scaling kb
Additions- -Added new tips -Added new flairs, including Ukraine, Palestine, Genderfluid, and also the pirate flag bcuz funny -Added new stages - the basement stairs, and the recording studio -Overhauled how momentum works on slopes - landing on them will now convert your vertical speed to horizontal speed! -Added silly little bonuses to the results screen for completing specific objectives! -Player GUI is now rendered over game borders -FT will now create flame particles during the initial charge of ultimate
Changes- -Changed how you go through the vents - holding down no longer works, you must fastfall -Made bury display easier to read -Made the water on duckboat inkier -Enhanced the lava visuals on Eternal Flames -Some stages now disable your lights so they can light your character without interference -Updated results screen slightly -Removed post fight and replaced it with phantom be groovy as a placeholder - marking the removal of every AK track from the game I THINK
Fixes- -Made the player remove unable to remove whilst misc menu is open -Can no longer go through sloped platforms sometimes -Fixed accidental rightwards dash buffer during waveland -Can now exit the game on keyboard properly -Results screen now uses P and O instead of Z and X -Fixed FT's bonus light using the wrong color (status_infernalflame instead of status_inflict_infernalflame, so it would glow whatever color she was last lit on fire, otherwise an icky orange) -Fixed the game not counting your projectiles -Infernalflame now counts under damage_given stat for whomstever gave it to you -Options acc sets volume properly in preview -Game no longer needs to be restarted for window type to take effect -Fixed the balanced archetype not being symetrical -Fixed an infinite where grabbing a buried player would reset their inputs -player_hit can now no longer be accidentally triggered on non player targets, fixing fley goon and david clone related crashes -player draw now follows stage fog (shade void)
Optimization- -Added scr_heal -Fixed drawborder part b always running, regardless of if it needed to (this took up a signifigant amount of resources, i'm glad I found out) -Optimized trail not drawing invisible assets

If you land on a slope your vertical speed is turned into horizontal speed
So fley down airing into a slope gives mad speed it's awesome

I'm gonna try to post here from now on - the game has been worked on this whole time I just haven't updated this blog.
