Mac crawls up to Epiales in complete silence, before sitting on the ceiling behind him. Her voice is echoed with those of the old gods' dead, their eldritch chorus apart but one with his voice.

Their eyes, instead of the usual purple, glow a bright and vibrant black, while void-like liquid seeps from his flesh in viscous droplets that sizzle across her skin, leaving valleys in their wake before lightly pockmarking the floor beneath him.

Epiales jumps out of his chair in surprise, something he is extremely unused to doing. So unused to it, in fact, that he jumps so high that his head hits the ceiling, causing a chunk of it to fall to the floor... followed by Mac falling a second later.
"Ye gods, what are you?" Epiales groans as he turns to face them.
With catlike grace, though more on the orange side of that spectrum, and movements that seem impossible, she lands perfectly on their feet. Even standing with such a slouch as he does, Mac still towers over the average human, though only comes up to Epiales's chest regardless.

The terrible chorus continues speaking with him referencing the whole in plural as if laying claim. The radiant black coming from their goggles illuminates their gaze with a terribly bright darkness, showing the world as it is in the eyes of the horrific minds that used to be called gods.

"I... You're deeply unsettling, darling, you know that?" Epiales crosses his lower two arms, leaned a bit away from Mac. "And when I'm the one saying that, you must know that you have a problem."

That one phrase resonates and reverberates with massive energy, though it's clearly entirely unintended. Just hearing it is enough for faint whispers of terrible visions to briefly creep into Epiales's mind before fading back away. Still, it's more than enough for him to fully comprehend the pure and horrible power of what has its claim on Mac, and it's not hard to make the connection to what human society romanticised into figures like Cthulhu and Azathoth.
Mac's reaction, waiting with patiently baited breath for the echoes to dissipate from Epiales's thoughts, makes it seem like this is normally what happens when those words come out of his mouth in this state, and that there's not really any other options to communicate the situation effectively.
"Ah...huh." Epiales nods, his head spinning a little from all of that. He's seen some shit, done some shit, but this is a bit outside even his limits.
"Erm... would you... mind leaving? *Lucy is not looking forwards to cleaning up the blood whoever this is will inevitably track into the bar, but they head over to open the door anyway. Who knocks on the door of a bar anyway? Apart from vampires, who need to be invited in. Lucy really needs a new welcome mat for that.*
A vaguely familiar yet still very strange-looking alien is standing there. An occasional visitor of the bar, they now arrive covered in a scintillating blood that seems to change colour depending upon the angle at which it is viewed. There is also quite a significant hole within their torso, but it doesn't seem to be bothering them too much.

A vaguely familiar yet still very strange-looking alien is standing there. An occasional visitor of the bar, they now arrive covered in a scintillating blood that seems to change colour depending upon the angle at which it is viewed. There is also quite a significant hole within their torso, but it doesn't seem to be bothering them too much.
