Popping back on here to say that I am archiving this blog and rebooting my Ryo muse soon! I currently in the process of constructing the blog and I will link once it is finished.

HIATUS NOTICE!

Hello, just letting you know that I will be going on hiatus from Ryo for a little while. I’m just not felling his muse currently and with A-Kon right around the corner, I just won’t have the time to fully dedicate to him right now.

I’ve been active on my MHA blog @ingenium--brothers, so if anyone still wants to reach or talk to me, that is where I’ll mostly be. I also still rp Ryo on Discord. That won’t change. Hopefully I can get my muse for Ryo back soon and I apologize to everyone who was waiting for replies, but once your muse feels like its a chore to write for, its time for a break.

Ryo couldn’t help but smile triumphantly. He knew there was no way she would pass up a job this great, especially if she was still a college student that was paying out of pocket for school and would get her the experience she needed since he was a big name in the entertainment industry. It was practically a win/win situation.

“First things first, this is an on-call job and will require you to work evenings as well as most weekends. You will be required to move into my apartment. Your rent and meals will be completely paid for. You will be responsible and keeping up with all chores and errands. Shopping, meals prep, cleaning, and caring for any guests. You will also be responsible for managing my schedule and accompanying me to the studio where my show is filmed and some business meetings.”, he explains. “I will send you a more detailed contract soon. You will be paid salary and be provided a business smartphone and Bluetooth headset.”

"Argh! Why does this Kanji or Hiragana so damn hard to get right?!" The loud frustated sound that came from Astre's study could be heard down the hallway as the young twin sibling had been focusing rather hard on his lessons for the past few days.

The professor had just passed by Astre’s room in the hall when he heard the young boy cursing to himself about the assignment he had given to him just the day prior. Ryo had previously warned him that Japanese was a very difficult language to master if he hadn’t studied any Eastern Asian languages previously. At least the younger twin was determined.

Ryo gently knocked, awaiting to be invited in before entering. “Are you having trouble?”, the professor asks, looking at the assignment on the desk. He had told him to pick a dozen words and translate all of them into Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana. After he was done, he would give him a test to see if he was properly learning them. He looked down at the books he was reading from as well. There he saw the problem. His memorization strategy was all wrong. He was picking words much too hard for a beginner.

“I think I found your problem.”, the professor said picking up the book flipping through it. “This book is having you memorize characters in random order. Most of these characters are much to complex for a beginner. Here.”, he says taking a book from the bottom of the stack. It was a book for elementary Kanji. “Try this one. The characters are much simpler. It is tempting to start directly translating what you are already speaking, but that isn’t the case when writing. I know it may be pointless to write out characters like ‘tree’ or ‘flag’, but they are essential for getting used to writing them.”
