Head cannons update

Hey guys so I figured I’d make one of these just letting you know what kind of head cannons requests I can/will do. It’s under the cut incase you are just scrolling past and don’t wanna read it :)

Also I have a really fun head cannon/fic coming soon that I’ve been thinking about doing for a few weeks now so keep an eye out for that! 🧑‍🍳

what I am not comfortable writing about of head cannon requests

- NSFW (I have nothing against it, I just rather not write about it myself) -mental issues besides anxiety (this is only because I don’t think I would be in a good position to write about a condition that I don’t have)

-Drugs (again this is a topic where I just don’t think I could write very well on)

-I‘ll take any and all angst but nothing to do with s*icide

-And anything else that I happen to not be comfortable with.

If I end up not answering your request then it’s probably just because I don‘t know enough about the topic to make the post actually worth writing.

-If you are unsure about a certian thing just go ahead and ask for it but make sure it’s on public so I can privately wander saying that I won‘t be able to write about it

Asra

Self care night between the two of you are most certainly a common place

Asra is a huuuuge face mask fan

His favorite is a classic cucumber melon spread, he insist that is why he always smells so good

They absolutely melt when they see you wearing it for your self

There will always be a million candles lit which always makes the room smell like a two story Bath and Body Works store, so do with that as you will

Call it basic but smooth jazz is also a must, it is his absolute jam and easily puts him into a relaxed state

You two will probably fall asleep in each other's arms after a fantastic and well deserved relaxing night

Nadia

As much as she would like to, self care nights don't happen as often as she might like

But, when they do happen she goes all out

I'm talking scheduled massages, expensive lotion, therapy cats, the most lavish and expensive bath bombs money can buy, EVERYTHING

The massages will be done by the most trained people in Vesuvia to ensure that any tension and stress is long gone

Applying lotion to each other is definitely her favorite aspect of it all, she loves the closeness it brings to your relationship

And yes, therapy cats. The most fluffiest boys are brought in to help the two of you de-stress

Gold infused bath bombs are also a must, Nadia herself doesn't care much about them being extra flashy but she loves spoiling you and making you feel just as special as you are

Julian

Now bless this man's poor unfortunate soul but he is not the best when it comes to skin care. This of course does not mean he doesn't like it, he just doesn't know where to start

Being a doctor he doesn't get a chance to get to relax a lot but woo boy does he enjoy it when he can

You already know Julian is a big bath fan, like the man is the top connoisseur of bath salts

Though he loves taking care of you, he absolutely melts when you pamper him during a self care night

Please, please help this man with a hair mask. You will have him wrapped around your pinky for eternity if you do

Now granted, any self care nights you start won't end very long for one of two reasons

Either things end up going the ~spicy~ wrought or he will pass out for the rest of the night in a matter of minute (let the poor man rest, he is TIRED)

Now Julian being Julian will feel bad for just falling asleep like that so he will end trying to make it up to you another night but will of course, pass out once again

Portia

Queen of couple self care I tell ya, this lady knows what she is doing

She may work hard but she definitely knows the priority of self care for both you and her

Portia's favorite kinds of gifts to receive are self care items so you two are highly stocked up in the means of bath bombs and face masks and all the goods

As a side hobby she likes candle making so she loves making the two of you the most fabulous smelling candles for you guys to enjoy during those self care moments

She love for pampering you knows no boundaries, her favorite part of it all is getting really close to your face and applying a clay mask to your face

Self care nights might as well be called cuddle night cause she is so touchy and cuddly through all of it

Call her one of Julian's leaches cause she is never letting go of you

Muriel

Now even though he isn't the most knowledgeable able self care related stuff he definitely enjoys it when it comes to you

A little hesitant with face masks at first but ends up being a fan of the all natural clay ones in particular

He really enjoys going to saunas with you and eventually for his birthday you with the help of Asra build a personal sauna for you guys to be able to enjoy without having to go all the way into town

Self care nights don't happen super often but when they do they really are something special

Though he isn't the kind of person to outright say it all the time, it's nights like those that he really feels the most at ease

Muriel does really enjoy massages with scented body oils

Specifically earthy and woodsy scents like sandalwood and cedar which you like to get magically infused to make them extra special and relaxing

Lucio

Okay so here's the thing- Lucio likes to think he is good at skin care, he has himself CONVINCED that he knows what he is doing in the realms of relaxing

His idea of relaxation is swimming around in a bathtub with all the bath bombs in the castle

"Okay hear me out MC, what if we added FISH to the bath huh?? Now like the weird slimy fish but like those cool shiny ones!"

And when I say swimming, I mean the count himself is doing Olympic laps in the murky water from all the bath bombs

Will beg you to do a face mask on him, like he will not let the subject go until you do

He does really like playing with your hair though during skin care nights, he loves it when you are the one pampering him but he just can't help himself

After the bath Olympics are over he gets all worn out and sleepy, leading him to be more lovey and more prone to pampering you and not having the same energy to be bouncing off the walls like usual

Headcanons of Asra and Faust meeting the MC’s familiar? 🥺💞

Sure thing! This sounds adorable!

Asra and Faust meeting MC's familiar for the first time

Woo boy he's been waiting for this moment. Like seriously considering how much he loves you he knows for a fact that he will definitely love your familiar and so will Faust.

You too set up the meetup in the palace garden's (courtesy to Nadia) so you guys could have some peace and quite throughout the encounter, minus Camio's screachings

As soon as your lovely familiar was introduced they instantly fell in love.

Like I'm talking puppy eyes, mouth agape, tears, the whole works

Faust also took an instant liking and has now claimed this "new friend" as apart of her growing army er- what?

Your familiar and Faust grow a super strong bond as to where the tend to give each other "the look" before doing suspicious war crimes

Sometimes you and Asra will switch familiars for short periods of time since you both have such a strong connection them both

You four quickly become a whole little family, familiars and all

When it gets a little chilly at night, your familiars will cozy up and cuddle just like their corresponding masters

All of Vesuvia knows how close of a bond you and your human-animal blended family has with each other and to lock their doors at night because Faust and your familiar might be up to something once again...

Asra may not be a doctor but he does know his way around natural and magical substances to make you at the least more comfortable

For when your pain gets really bad he will temporarily shorten the hours that the shop is open so he has more time to comfort you and do check ins

Whatever you need they will get it for you instantly

You need not move ever again if you don't want to

Will make his signature tea that always makes you feel better, if not physically then emotionally and mentally

If you don't mind being touched he will cuddle you and help you feel as comfortable as possible

They will try and distract you with stories of their travels and exotic places they have visited so you have something else to focus on

When he isn't able to be home with you they will leave Faust with you so you have some company

She cuddles around your neck like a scarf to let you know that you aren't alone and your favorite snake and human have got you when you aren't at your best

If he is at a bit of a loss as what to do he will get Julian to come over so he can help you in a more professional stand point

Overall they know how strong you are for going though this and will be there for you every step of it because you mean the absolute world to them

It's pretty rare you two get into serious arguments and so whenever arguments do arise they typically aren't about anything big

You probably accidentally drank the last of his favorite tea and forgot to let him know

You could hear him coming up the stairs to confront you about the tea incident

You seriously didn't want to deal with this right now

You look to your left and you see Faust chilling on the bedside table by the window and says "friend escape!"

Looking and the window you think "huh that'll work"

You are just opening the window when they come in obviously slightly annoyed

"MC...did you drink the last of my tea without letting me know again"

"Uh about that..."

Mid sentence you launch yourself out with window into the streets of Vesuvia and make a run for it

Asra couldn't help but let out a somewhat annoyed yet amused laugh

"Make sure to pick up more of that tea while you are out!"

Nadia

The predicament probably started by you saying something you probably shouldn't have in front of the court

Granted she loves you a ton but this is her job and things have to go a certain way

You two went a private room to talk about things civilly

Civilly? Civilly? We don't know her

She was in the middle of trying to be diplomatic about why you can't just call Valerius a prissy poodle in the middle of a meeting when you decided that peace was not an option

You saw the balcony window and out you went!

Luckily the fall wasn't too high so you didn't get hurt

Nadia was absolutely astonished

She wasn't sure whether she should be appalled or impressed by you sheer impulsiveness

This didn't stop her lecture though, oh no

She continued said lecture with her on the balcony and you inside one of the fountains if which you happened to land into

Okay we all know this man has definitely done this at least once himself

He once jumped out of a three story building window trying to get away from an argument you two were about to have

Don't worry, he was okay, just got a strong talking to by you, Portia, and Mazelinka each individually

Although, one day you decided to give the doctor a taste of his own medicine

You came you with a plan to place a mattress underneath the window and jump out mid argument to prove a point to him about how this was definitely not something he should keep doing"

You two ironically ended up having an argument about how he jumps out of windows to avoid arguments

So you decided to prove a point to launch your self out of the window abruptly leaving the conversation

Julian learning nothing jumps out after you extremely concerned

"Are you okay MC?? What made you think it was a good idea to just jump out of a window?? You could have been hur- ohhh okay, you were proving a point. That was clever my love."

He made a promise not to jump out of windows anymore if you promised not to scare him like that again

Granted one of you would probably do it again but that is besides the point

You guys were in the midst of a mild argument when you decided "You know what? I'm tired, I really don't want to deal with this right now

You saw the window right by Portia's table and decided it was now or never

You booked it to the window but in your way out you tripped over a tiny thing running through your legs in perfect Pepi fashion

Instead of jumping out the window. you went plummeting out the window

but like...two feet

You landed in one of the flower beds outside her cottage and just decided to just accept defeat

Portia comes up to the window sill with Pepi who somehow has managed to get up a look on her face that was a mixture of self satisfaction and false bewilderment

Portia stood there with the most mom "really??" look on her face you've ever seen

"...MC i love you but...you really need to stop taking advice from Ilya MC''

She now guards the windows whenever you two start to get confrontational to prevent you from doing anything stupid

Which just makes you laugh considering how goofy she looks trying to stop you

Thus ending most of your arguments with laughing fits anyway

Muriel

Muriel would definitely be the most confused out of the bunch

There really isn't much for you two to argue about and so it is rare he sees this nature of chaotic-ness from you

Like he wouldn't even be mad, just very very confused

Why would you jump out of the window? What was the purpose of that? We were literally in the middle of a conversation but okay?

After the confusion wore off he would just be like "Well alright then, I guess we are done talking for now"

And then would probably go back to his chickens, because THEY can't jump out of windows to evade conversations

Would end up trapping you with a plate of eggs later so you two could actually finish what you were supposed to be talking about without you making a run for it

Lucio

Since Lucio is a man of the chaos himself he can smell these things coming from a mile away

He could see you getting antsy and eyeing the window as the exchange grew more tense

His eyes narrowing, he prepared to join you on your endeavor. You weren't getting away this easily

As you have one leg out the window you see this man barreling towards you, he of course needed to beat you to it

So this is what it had become a race out the window to see who can avoid the argument the fastest

Where is the logic in this situation? Who knows, but that isn't important

Luckily you two (but not the plant) you ended up landing in some shrubbery which broke your fall

Lucio looks at you with the smug look on his face you know all to well saying "Ha I win!"

"Win at what exactly Lucio? We both jumped into a BUSH"

"Besides the point my dove, I saw through your master plan of escape and I foiled it!"

Hi! I was scrolling in the arcana section and noticed your matchups! I'm a 22 year old female in Australia. I'm a Virgo, INTJ and Ennegram Type 8. (If that means anything to you haha). I've been described as cold or heartless by my friends a LOT, but really I just have to connect with the right people. I'm independent, I hate people who always try to gain attention and pretty reckless when I'm in that moooood. I am 5'6" with mid-back length lightish brown hair and green eyes. I'd definitely say I could be put into the athletic category. I've tried dozens of sports both in my childhood, teens and now adulthood. The sports I still currently do are boxing, soccer, archery, muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and sailing. I have a big obsession with pirates and vampires and learnt how to sword fight/dagger fight just for that :) Besides sport, I try to fit in a little light reading or some other hobbies (skateboarding, cycling, tennis, drawing, hiking, writing, etc haha). I also incidentally learnt how to speak French, Spanish, Italian, German, Latin and Russian. Other than sports I can also play the violin and the electric guitar, but I'm actually in university to become a detective. I definitely can't go a single day without doing something productive, reckless, or fun. Hope you're having a pleasant day/night 🖤

You two seriously hit it off instantly, he was attracted to you just from the energy you gave off

Since you both can be pretty reckless you tend to get stuck in some interesting situations of which may have not been the smartest decisions but oh well, you guys are having fun

Julian is a klutz himself but absolutely loves how you are into so many sports

He will try so hard if you try and teach him the ~ways of the sport~ but poor boy will fail miserably, but keep trying because he loves spending time with you and enjoys watching you do something you are excited about

I head cannon Julian as knowing multiple languages from his many years of adventuring and experiencing new cultures so the fact that you know a tone is super cool to him

If there is any that you both happen to know it will become your own secret language

Even though it literally isn't and multitudes of other people speak it, that really isn't the point

Hello! I saw you're doing Arcana matchups and I'd like to give it a try! I'm 5'5", a bit chunky, dark dark brown eyes with glasses (I couldn't see past the end of my arms without them), my hair is short, curly and cut into a mohawk, and I have brown skin. Leo sun, Virgo moon, ISFP. Gift-giving is absolutely my love language but I've also cried receiving gifts because I'm a mess when it comes to receiving affection.

I'm always willing to try new things but I'm very much a planner; spontaneous things are not usually my cup of tea. Meeting new people is also fun, but I have a spite streak a mile wide and if someone has done something to upset me or especially a loved one, they're on a List for a very long time.

I like playing D&D, reading awful books, and collecting pins and buttons and little plants. My fashion sense is best described as Gonzo in that meme about brunch. I like cooking new foods but I'm a sucker for pizza and ice cream.

I spent a lot of my life being quiet but as I've gotten older I've become more sure of myself and I don't like to hold back my opinion on things. I try to be confident in what I do because I spent so long thinking very little of myself and that's helped me grow into the colorful and loud person I am.

Okay so this might seem a little off but I think the key thing for your relationship is ~balance~. He finds your love for DnD super interesting, he may have absolutely no idea what is going on and doesn't understand why it has to be so complicated but he's here for it non the less

He will beg you endlessly to make a character based on him which he will root for until the day he (or the character) dies

He loves seeing you grow to be more confident and speak your mind on what is going on around you

He is constantly encouraging you to be bold and give your opinion because it matters to him

growing up on the streets of Vesuvia as a kid he never had the luxuries of such things like cotton candy

He eventually tried it though at one of the masquerades

He was in one of the rooms which was dedicated to all kinds of exotic and magical sweets

And there in the far corner of the room was this bright pink substance almost as fluffy as their hair

They obviously intrigued, walked over to this mysterious floof on a stick

They carefully plucked a tuff out of the floof that was the cotton candy

Their face instantly lights up the second it touches their tongue

Everything about it is so unique and perfect to them

Asra now sells magic infused cotton candy at his shop for the fun of it. Experimenting with different flavors and abilities

Nadia

Nadia obviously had a refined life since she was born so she grew up getting to indulge in any sweets she desired

When she was a young girl she tried it for the first time and was one of the few things that impressed the young, future countess

It was so light...so airy...seemed so regal yet so simplistic

It easily became a favorite of hers

One time she tried to bring some into the high priestess's realm but sadly it dissolved in the water before she arrived

Now that Nadia is an adult she still has a soft spot for cotton candy and loves including it in the many assortments of fun food options at the masquerades

Julian

Julian's love for adventure definitely influenced him into trying cotton candy

He was having just all around a horrible day and was wondering around Vesuvia in self pity on his way to the Rowdy Raven

Out of the corner of his eye he saw an older woman working at a booth making the extraordinary ball of fluff

He walked over and bought the biggest fluff ball the woman could fit onto one stick

As soon as he tried it he could just feel a relief from the frustrations of the day

He quickly ate it all and bought another

He was truly just hangry and need a blood sugar boost

Like a Vesuvian version of needing to eat a snickers

Portia

Cotton candy seriously runs in this girl's veins, like that is probably why she is so energized all the time

Being an adorable child it was extremely easy for her to get her hands on this stuff

Even before she tried it she knew that she had to have some

All she had to do was find whoever was making and selling it and flash the cute puppy eyes and all the cotton candy she wanted was hers

She now keeps a record of every flavor she has tried and ones she wants to try and find and try next

She's even started making her own which she brings on her adventures and gives them out to orphan children just to see them smile

Muriel

He had heard Asra talking about it for a while but never wanted to admit that he thought it actually sounded good

Asra knew this and that he secretly loved sweets so one day when he was visiting Asra brought some lemon flavored cotton candy over for him to try

Muriel fell in love with it instantly but still refused to admit it

But yet every time Asra came to visit he would ask "...did you bring it?''

Asra of course did, and this is now apart of their visits

Muriel gives them protection charms and Asra gives him that sacred lemon cotton candy

Lucio

Okay I think Lucio would be a very...interesting person once he has tried cotton candy

The first time he had it one was certainly not enough at all, oh no

He had the whole entire city swept of it so he could have it all for himself right then and there

Lucio had the absolute biggest sugar rush in his life

Like forget alcohol all Lucio needs for a good time is 20 pounds of sugar and his dogs

After sugar highs of course, comes the crash. Yeah...Lucio went from dancing on the roof to passed out on the ballroom floor

He didn't fall though the roof he swears!

The sugar crash knocked him out for a good day

He has learned his lesson not to do this again...until next week

I mean come on, you have half of his heart how could he not know

As soon as you start showing any symptoms they will immediately close up shop for the time being to take care of you

They are very adamant on how important it is to keep hydrated while sick and so will be constantly making you all kinds of teas

He honestly knows everything there is to know about tea and so knows just the ones that will help any ailments you happen to have

Lowkey gets really anxious when you get sick fearing the worse, but with reassurance can get over the fact that a simple stomach ache isn't gonna take you out

Nadia

Oh boy she's been planning for this

Ever since you got together she has had the servants organize and practice drills in case this happens

If you get sick the servants know immediately what to do and the finest doctor money can pay for is already on their way

Nadia will do anything and everything she can to make you as comfortable as possible while you aren't feeling the best

Nadia trusts your word if you say you are feeling fine but she can read people incredibly well and can tell when you are just trying to tough it out, which won't cut it with her

She can't be there next to you a whole lot because of her countless countess duties but will be there all throughout the night to play with your hair and sing you to sleep

Julian

Oh god this boy panics

Yes of course, he's a doctor and should know what he's doing but all logic goes out the window when crisis strikes

You will have to shake him out of it (possibly literally) and remind him that he is a doctor, helping people when they are hurt or sick is literally his job

As soon as he is able to pull his head out of his ass he is a fantastic care taker

Granted he can be a little frantic if something isn't working but he means well

Will not leave your side even once until you are better

she has learned a little bit from her brother so she has a somewhat idea of what she's doing, but with a Portia exclusive twist of course

Her methods are focused less on medical treatments but more on comfort and you just resting

Just so you know you are 100% bed ridden until you are completely recovered

~Asra head cannons~

Its no secret they love you to absolute death but woo boy you really haven't got a clue until you officially got together

He always loved you from afar when you two didn't know each other super well and when you both were still in the "friends" phase

His favorite times of the day are when he wakes up early in the morning and you just quite aren't awake yet

He'll lay there looking at the early morning sun reflecting off of your face in your relaxed and peaceful state where no one can hurt their beloved

Their other favorite time of the day is when you both are laying in bed at the end of the day and you both can just lay there in each other's arms and share and reflect on your day together

As you drift off to sleep they love to whisper affirmations and reasons why he loves you and thinks you are perfect

Asra already lost you once so he sure as hell isn't gonna take advantage of the time spent with you ever again

Whenever you get hurt or sick Asra easily goes into a huge state of panic

Even if it is nothing serious at all he can't help fearing the worst, he can't help getting flashbacks to coming back to Vesuvia during the plague to find out his favorite person was dead, he can't help seeing the bare remains of ash and bone on the Lazeret not so long ago

You will need to reassure him that you will be okay, and he really has nothing to worry about

He will try his hardest to stay calm because he doesn't want to project that anxiety onto you but sometimes the doubt and fear can be overwhelming

It is obvious to everyone how much Faust adoresss you

She is constantly all over you when she isn't chilling with Asra

You like to joke with them sometimes about how Faust might like you better than him

You both make each other indescribably happy and both of your friend's and family can't deny there isn't a finer match in Vesuvia

~Asra~

-It’s rare you two have conflict because of how close of a bond you guys have, and so when you snapped at them seemingly out of no where it took him by surprise

-Would definitely be taken aback because he honestly didn’t expect this

-He would honestly understand that you didn’t mean to snap at them and that it was probably due to stress or some other happen stance

-They would try to give your space if something was bothering you and you needed some alone time to decompress

-But if it was just a heat of the moment type situation he would assure you that they weren’t upset with you for snapping at them

-Okay he wasn’t expecting you to snap at him but in reality he most likely had it coming

-Poor guy would probably cry, thinking he did something super wrong to upset you

-He would blame himself for you getting upset and would be really harsh on himself

-It would take awhile for you to convince him that you did’t mean to snap at him and he has nothing to worry about and everything is really okay

-Even after he would still be extra careful to try and not get on your nerves like last time

-She could tell the energy was getting a little tense before hand and so thought it wise to keep an eye on you in case something happened

-Even if it did end in a fight, Lucio’s need for attention would overcome his pride and would try and make it up to you

I feel like the fact that you are more introverted and he is more extroverted would complement each other really well. I also feel like that would mellow Lucio out a little bit which he definitely needs. Also you two would definitely bond over your love of dogs so I think that would be perfect!

-Lucio thinks that your tattoos and piercings are hella cool, he likes to make jokes about him getting some for himself

-He says that you should get a goat tattoo and dedicate to him (Is he joking? The world will probably never know)
