Dragon au mi yeong still cupping giant dragon rumis face when she's older and rubbing her nose agaisnt her snoot. Rumi rolls her giant eyes and huffs indignantly.
" my baby!" Mi yeong coos.
" eomma I'm a big dragon now, seriously I have conqured mountains, destroyed armies, and eaten guards meant to kill me!"

Rumi sighs and accepts her fate, totally not loving evey snuggle with her human mama.

Miyeong: [smiling bright when she looks at dragon!Rumi who is lounging under the sun, with awe in her voice] That's our baby.
Dragon!Celine: [smiling softly] She is.
Miyeong: [giddily looks at Celine] We made her!

Let's start with;
Dragon!Celine:
Used to be a human before she was cursed by a rival kingdom to be a dragon when she was a teen.
The child of the royal family to a kingdom that is now considered to be a legend.
Lived in isolation, in the moutains where she made her home.
She burned away a kingdom that is near her territory. Annoyed by the loud sound and her food source being taken by them.
Does avoid killing innocents.
Since then, armies. Mercenaries. Monster hunters. Knights. Went on a crusade to kill her.
But ultimately failed. Hoards the bounties.
Has a deep resentment towards the kingdom that had destroyed her home and cursed her as a wretched creature.
Unknowingly rescued thirdlight from ne'er do well people who harrasses her.
*ping* Thirdlight will now die for you! [Confused dragon sound]
Thirdlight establish her farm somewhat near the mountain. Providing food source and keeping the lonely dragon company.
Celine let her stay. For the first time in a long time, she's not alone.
Was very awkward talking to her. In her defense, she hasnt talked to a real person for a long time.
Thirdlight is very understanding. Though, she does tease a little.
Celine gave thirdlight golds/jewellery from her hoard. In exchange, thirdlight bought extra cattles for both of them.
Celine was resting in her cave before she smells intruders.
Growling lowly, she stalks the hall of her makeshift home.
A group of mercenaries was holding a woman captive.
She watched.
She sees red when she saw the emblem.
Proceeds to attack and kill. Taking all of them by surprised.
Celine whips her head at the woman who had backed herself to a corner.
She stalks towards the woman, who is either a) brave or b) stupid. More likely c) stupidly brave.
The woman picked up a sword from the ground and points at the dragon, in a menacing way.
She defiantly threatens the dragon and Celine doesnt even stop.
The woman is part of the rival kingdom.
Celine asked if she's from the kingdom. Seeing no use to lie, the woman confirms
As Celine was about to bite her, the woman in her panic tells the dragon she's the princess.
Inches from her face is a bloody maw, before it pulls away.
Celine thinks it will be beneficial for her to keep the princess as her captive.
The princess has no choice but to agree.
It was tense and these two keep instigating each other. Very annoyed.
The princess, whom had introduced herself as Miyeong was quietly watching the faraway kingdom from her prison in the mountain. Lights shining brighter than the moon.
Celine growls at the kingdom, saying rhey dont deserve such festivities and merriment.
Miyeong annoyed, snapped and asks the dragon what the hell is her problem with the kingsom.
Celine glares sharply and towers over her.
Miyeong stands tall. Internally she is terrified she mightve got herself killed.
"The kingdom that you so love... Destroyed my home and family without a second thought. Have you heard of the [ ] legend, princess?" [Side note: no kingdom name bcs no ideas]
Miyeong has heard of the legend and read a couple of old books from her family's library. It was mentioned the kingdom suddenly vanish without a trace. Suspecting this very dragon is the cause of the kingdom's disappearance.
But she never heard nor read that the kingdom was actually destroyed by her own people.
Miyeong refuses to believe it to be true.
Celine barks out a sharp laugh, "Of course you don't. You refuse to believe anything that breaks the illusion."
Celine walks away before she stops. Without looking back, she quietly tells Miyeong that she can visit the library.
That she speaks truth.
That night, curiosity got the better of her and dives into seeking the truth.
Miyeong:
Beloved princess and the people pleaser.
Follows her elders instructions without a fuss.
Obedient and kind to a fault.
One day, she got sick of obeying and hired mercenaries to kidnap her with exorbitant pay that she knows can rival the reward money.
The mercs saw an opening to a cave up in the mountains and took her there.
Was ambushed by the dragon.
Stares in horror as the dragon killed the mercs without remorse.
Fate seems to laugh at her as she is held captive by the dragon.
Her attempts of escaping its lair was thwarted by the mountain and the dragon vigilance.
Really hates and annoyed by the dragon.
Was given food and water. Though for food, she has to cook for herself.
The night the dragon tells her to find her own truth from the library.
It was a huge library and tried really hard from gawking at it all. She has a mission.
She went through the might reading anything that can prove to her the dragon is lying.
Because there is no way her kingdom would destroy another.
She found some journals and the dawning realization and horror that the dragon speaks the truth.
Miyeong reads the journals late into the night.
The morning she wakes up, she was blanketed with the softest of fur and pillows.
Miyeong walks out and is greeted by the dragon lounging outside the cave.
Against her better instinct, she clutches the blanket and sits with the dragon. Not far, nor near.
The dragon was silent.
Miyeong mentions the dragon speaks the truth. She... still doesnt want to believe her people did it.
Still silent.
Miyeong stares at the horizon before taking a deep breath.
She also read an entry. Mentioning the writer taking care of the cursed princess as their both the only survivors.
Her likes and dislikes. Her fears. Her joys. The writer's regret that he could help her with the curse.
His plan of surprising the princess with her favourite treats for her birthday. The entry ends after that.
Miyeong subtly looks at the dragon and was shocked when she sees tears running down its face.
Its whiskers and ears drooping low.
She doesnt know why the dragon is sad.
Miyeong wants to comfort the dragon, but fear grips her heart still.
Instead she hummed a song.
That seems to do the trick as the dragon looks at her with an unreadable expression.
Miyeong was about to apologize to the dragon before it.. She... Tells Miyeong her name.
"... Celine. My name is Celine."
Miyeong looks at her with wide eyes before she tentatively smile.
"Miyeong."
Since then, they both try to learn to navigate each other without animosity.
Worth it in the end when Celine is comfortable enough to take a more human form.
Miyeong was a blushing mess when she saw it for the first time.
Especially when the first time is Celine naked.
It took some convincing and a compromise, that Celine has to cover her lower half.
Celine just rolls her eyes.
Miyeong officially meets thirdlight and gets interrogated.
That is her emotional support, sad dragon and she doesnt want the princess from the kingdom that destroyed Celine's home and family hurt her.
Miyeong manages to convince thirdlight she's not going to hurt Celine. Swearing with her heart.
Also starts hanging out with thirdlight whenever Celine plans to visit her.
Learned to farm and is not free from thirdlight's teasing.
A year in a half into this new bond, Celine tells Miyeong everything.
About the kingdom. The journals. The writer. The princess... The loneliness.
That the writer was her brother. And the princess was her.
The cursed princess.
Miyeong knows Celine enough that she doesnt want pity. Instead she leans against her and says in the softest of voice, like the fur draped across her shoulders, says,
"I'm sorry."
A tentative hand pulls Miyeong in as the tail snakes around her.
Miyeong lets her when she feels slight shaking from Celine. A silent crier.
Instead of thirdlight being a farmer, she's a well known hunter/tracker.
Celine unexpectedly founded a village when she killed the kingdom's soldiers who were harassing a family.
This was not her intention.
But the village helps her a lot in the future as she comes to reminisce.
It's been years since the princess, Miyeong, was taken away.
Desperate to get her back, the royals hites thirdlight.
Thirdlight's service is nearly half a kingdom worth but her skills are above all.
It took nearly a year before she manages to track down Miyeong to a cave.
It was an ordeal especially when the nearby village keeps sending her in circles (as if they're trying to protect someone).
Before she manages to enter the cave, she sees a massive dragon growling at her.
They fought.
Thirdlight suspected the princess is nearby and is smart enough she cant kill the dragon, as is.
Especially when the dragon looks to be protecting something (or someone).
So, she incapacitate it and ran off to other parts of the cave.
The dragon roars in pain and anger, trying to get up to chase her.
What thirdlight didnt see is the dragon's desperation and fear.
Thirdlight enters a room and sees the princess, holding up a bow.
She placates the princess that she's here to bring her home and that her parents were missing her.
Miyeong laughs and tells thirdlight, right to her face that she is home. Her parents doesnt "care" about her.
She's just their bargaining chip for their kingdom to appear strong. By marrying her off to a different lord of the strongest kingdom.
As much as Thirdlight sympathizes her, she cant bcs she is paid for this.
She grabs Miyeong despite being an effort. Miyeong's good with the bow, she'll give her that.
Before they manage to leave, a sharp cry is heard from the crib Miyeong has been protecting.
Thirdlight freezes before Miyeong manages to struggle free.
In a split second, thirdlight gets yanked out of the room by a clawed, scaly hand.
Blearily, she looks up and sees a half dragon standing between her and the room.
Rage in it her eyes. Her tail flicking aggressively as Miyeong calms the crying baby.
As the half dragon was about to kill thirdlight, Miyeong yells.
The dragon, Celine, looks at her. Reluctantly, she pulls herself away and limply head towards Miyeong and the baby.
Thirdlight tried to get herself back up, thinking that the dragon is about to hurt them.
To her surprise, the dragon Celine gently took the crying baby and cradles her. Cooing softly before the baby cries lessen to a halt.
When thirdlight finally gets up, the dragon rightfully glares at her. Cradling the baby closer with her tail curling around Miyeong's ankle.
That's when thirdlight sees tiny nubs and subtle scales on the baby. Ah.
The dots connected.
Miyeong bravely steps forward much to Celine's displeasure and tells thirdlight to leave.
To tell her "parents" and the kingdom that she had died.
Thirdlight can still have her money and Miyeong gets to actually live the life she wanted.
Warning her this is the only chance she has if she really wants to live.
Or she'll let Celine tie up a loose end.
Thirdlight accepts and was given a royal crest as evidence to be given to the royals.
Despite the outrage by the royal family, she reiterate it has been years since the princess was gone. And the fact she manages to track her down when she's "dead" is a testament to her skills.
Saying it was no wonder no one has seen Miyeong.
Reluctantly, the royals accepted thirdlight's logic.
She was soon dismissed and told to never return.
Not that she ever plans to, seeing the miserable state of the so called kingdom.
Celine in her real form, napping in her massive nest of pillows and blankets. Miyeong who was reading nearby and subtle glances at her. A wicked thought appears in her head after she bought a smut book from the nearby village.
With a deep breath, she calmly walks towards the napping dragon. Sensing Miyeong, Celine blearily opens her eyes and greets her.
Celine: [yawns, showing her fangs and tongue before looking at Miyeong] You look like you're about to ask me something...
Miyeong: [valiantly tries to keep her blush down].... Yeah~
Celine raises her eyebrow.
Miyeong: So... Y'know that we've been getting comfortable with each other and have seen each other at our lowest point-
Celine: [looks at Miyeong suspiciously] ... Sure..
Miyeong: Also we had explore each other and we pretty much admit that we love each other...
Celine: Yes...?
Miyeong: That we explored each other's body, with you being in your half dragon form....
Celine: [blushes furiously] S-sure...
Miyeong: [takes a deep breath] I CAN TAKE IT!
Celine: [looks at Miyeong in confusion] What?
Miyeong: [now blushing] I can take it *gestures at Celine's true form*
Celine slowly realizes what Miyeong meant.
Celine: [shakes her serpentine head] Oh nonono! There's no way you can. Are you crazy?!
Miyeong: Listen! With enough lubrication-
Celine: NO! You'll break!
Miyeong: I CAN TAKE IT!
Celine: WHY?!
Miyeong: BECAUSE I'M CURIOUS! And it's not like I'm not flexible. You said it yourself *crosses her arms*
Celine: You know that doesn't imply you can take me in this form!

Celine: Miyeong....
Miyeong: 🥺 Cece...
Celine closes her eyes and takes a deep breath.
Celine: Why.. Why did I fall for you?
Miyeong: ☺️
Celine: [glares] You do understand what you're asking for? Right? Also, you're really sure you're not manipulated or controlled by anyone, not even me?
Miyeong: Yes and yes. I'm still me. I swear.
Celine looks at Miyeong for a good moment to sense if she tells the truth. Seeing no lies, she heaves a heavy sigh.
Miyeong: 👉👈 So?
Celine: ... We'll head to the village first thing tomorrow for supplies. Then, we'll make sure you're ready. *holds up her hand when Miyeong was about to interrupt* No. We will take our time. Then, I'm willing to do it.
Miyeong: Fair enough.
Celine sighs before she pulls Miyeong against herself. Her eyes fluttering shut.
Celine: You're a peculiar woman. You know that?
Miyeong: [makes herself comfortable against Celine's mane, smiling softly] I do. And yet, I'm still yours.
Miyeong hears a pleased purr as the dragon's claw pulls her closer. The dragon's long body curling around her.
