do you know how in canon naruto and sasuke’s kiss was accidental? i always believed that in rtn!verse, it was purely intentional. sasuke was the one to initiate the kiss and that was for solely for teaching menma. (who was not even interested to begin with)

ngl. i don’t ship sasusaku (nor that i hate it tbh??) but i am dying just thinking about how rtn!sasu simps over sakura and she completely disregards him. until she finally allows him of one date and... she discovers he isn't that bad and the rest is history.

𝙾𝙽𝙴 𝙲𝙰𝙽 𝙿𝙾𝚂𝚂𝙸𝙱𝙻𝚈 𝙽𝙾𝚃 𝙵𝙰𝚃𝙷𝙾𝙼   the very nature of such bizarre occurrence, a reality commingling with another for a moment ; the latter being the cause of a specific aftermath ; him being brought here by pure hasard. Even if the phenomenon itself has caused nothing but a sense of confusion within the Uchiha, certainly, he is far from being homesick. 

Of course, this reality contrast with his own, oddly enough, some resemblances remains. Sasuke’s eyes flickers to where a familiar yet so foreign figure stands beside him. Somewhere, within the back of one’s mind, it is only natural to remain close to what feels like home. Whilst the appointed group of individuals investigate how to restore the current circumstance, the Uchiha, him, has the strong penchant of remaining close to what felt familiar : a long dear friend. Albeit, this one isn’t like the one he is accustomed with.  “ You know, the more I look at you the more orange does suit you. Ever thought of wearing some brunet though? " He inquires in jest, a hand lifting to slightly allow a set of digits to pull onto a clothing fabric, @foxcurse​’s.

     "Wait, are ya sayin’ that ya didn’t think orange was my color before?“ He feigned offense, but there was a hint of playfulness in his tone. Spending time with this version of his best friend felt strange, but Naruto had grown accustomed to his company. Things became more comfortable once the blonde stopped comparing the two. It wasn’t as if his Sasuke spent nearly enough time in the village for things to get awkward anyway. 

     "Brunet? You mean, like dark brown? I’m not sure I’d look good with…” Naruto’s ability to pick up on subtleties was always lacking, and it took him a moment to grasp the implications behind the Uchiha’s words, feeling a gentle tug on his jacket. A faint blush colored whiskered cheeks as he cleared his throat. By now, he had grown a bit used to Sasuke’s pick-up lines, if one could even call them that.

     "So, how are ya holdin’ up? It must be tough being away from home—do ya miss your family? Friends? Or even your… many, many, many lovers?“

𝙸𝙽𝚆𝙰𝚁𝙳𝙻𝚈, he feels a sense of satisfaction to bear witness to something such as the blonde's cheeks being dusted with a slight yet dark hue. Never one would have seen his alternate self display such... reaction.

Sasuke has noticed the emphasis being placed on his coquettish behaviour, which, to be frank, isn't a surprise in itself due to him being fully aware of his strong penchant to engage in many casual relationships. Specifically, many has tried to bring humiliation onto him, others are actively seeking to waste what is built of his name. Yet, none has succeed to shatter the visible smile that blesses his masculine features. He knows this inquiry is asked with jest. A slight hum escapes past his lips, a semblance of thoughtful facade is shown upon his visage, momentarily. 

" Lovers. " He echoes, visibly amused by the choice of term.  " Yeah, I kinda miss having fun. Can't do it here, though. I bet he wouldn't be so happy that people saw him... in different angles. " Of course, his own duplica strikes him as a loner, the sort to fixate on his own purposes, disregarding completely his surroundings, enjoying the least of human contact. Well, Sasuke just can't.  " I do miss my friends. My family too. It's kinda boring here... " A comment that has rolled so easily off a gracious tongue, whilst a look under thick ebony lashes is given to the blonde. " People seem to take themselves too seriously. "

Hinata looks up from the messy pile of paperwork that decorated her desk upon hearing her work partner’s request.  The idea of dinner was a welcomed distraction; She’d been bent over this paperwork for over an hour and her brain was totally fried.  It was unlikely that she would be able to chip away at the messy pile for much longer.

She hastily makes an attempt to neaten the stack while replying.  “Umm, yeah, just let me, umm— “ After a few seconds of shuffling, Hinata’s fanned out paperwork was in a neat stack. Now she can focus. 

“Hi, sorry,” Her grin is sheepish.  “A meal sounds wonderful.  Where shall we go?”

𝙰 𝙺𝙸𝙽𝙳𝙷𝙴𝙰𝚁𝚃𝙴𝙳 𝙻𝙰𝚄𝙶𝙷𝚃𝙴𝚁 escapes from the confines of his mouth upon perceiving the small spectacle his workmate put at display. The reaction the Uchiha has, truly, doesn't come from an essence of mockery, no ; he merely comprehends the melee of maintaining one's desk immaculate. Though, he is going about it much differently than what his compeers usually face. The latters' reasons are the load of labor [report, records, etc] Sasuke is just... a true fainéant of the worst kind. 

" I heard there's a new place that opened not so far from here. Their takoyakis are said to be the best ones— "  A silence ascends within the air, one that demands a brief pause in order to allow Sasuke a moment of cogitation. " Yeah... shellfish aren't your thing. There's this Izakaya place like 10 minutes away. I don't mind anything, I just am really hungry, you know. " It is, indeed, a truth but also a faux pretext to free himself from the burden of his duties and also... a good occasion to delight in the presence of a gentle soul. Unquestionably does the Uchiha enjoy spending time with the Hyuga.
