SVU Christmas Head Cannon

Ok since its the first of December I thought I would give my head cannon on how the squad would celebrate Christmas (I only know the 2.0 characters so if anyone has any input on 1.0 feel free to add)

Olivia: she would love Christmas especially since she has Noah she would be the hostess of the party making sure everyone is enjoying them selves and taking loads of pictures for her squad family scrap book because she wants Noah to have all these memories she didn’t have growing up.

Carisi: he would obviously be in the kitchen creating a feast of Italian and American Christmas treats. He would also be running around playing games with the kids.

Amanda: she would be in charge of the decorations I think she would have a good eye for that making sure everything looked perfect, she would also have the girls in matching outfits that pair with the decorations. I also imagine she would be the best gift wrapper and everything is tied up neatly with ribbon and string.

Fin: He would be the typical uncle at a party who eats to much then takes a nap in the armchair by the fire.

Kat: she is the one who brings all the alcohol and try’s to get the responsible adults wasted.

Munch: the uncle who tells the children that Santa isn’t real and it’s just an excuse for the big corporations to sell toys for double.

Velasco: he is the person who had nowhere else to go for the holidays and everyone felt sorry for so invited to join in.

Ok the next one is my favourite.

Barba: he is the one who will pretend to hate Christmas but will surprise everyone by showing up dressed as Santa to make the day special for Noah, Jessie and Billie. He would also be killer at Christmas karaoke.

Amanda: I have a lot of people to say hi to in the morning.

Just binged the first season of how I met your father and now I need more. The scene with the pigeon make up just had me laughing out loud.

I’m also enjoying the mystery of figuring out who the father is, the obvious answer would be Jessie but it would be interesting if they send it in another direction like Sid or even but very unlikely Charlie (she wouldn’t do that to Valentina)

Just caught up with the latest episode of the rookie and it was very good, I didn’t really like the last true crime episode but this one was great. This was the highlight of the episode for me though, i just really enjoy the Smitty character 😂

Honestly good on Noah tonight expressing to his mom how he feels and how he just wants to express his truth.

I feel the one person Noah needs to have a conversation with is his Uncle Rafa because even though it’s not cannon yet Rafa is also bi and I feel he would be the perfect grown up to have this talk with Noah.

For years Bi sexuality was seen as a way of hiding the fact that someone was gay and not understanding that in fact people can love whoever they want despite how they might identify.

Rafa would know this because he is a bi sexual man who has been in love with Olivia Margate Benson for as long as he has known her.

Love is love and it comes in all forms and is all special and valid

Now all we need to see is Olivia and Rafa patch up there fight so they can become one of the greatest family’s on tv.

Ok I’m currently loving the bbc version of ghost, we know some of the ghosts have powers. julians touch, robin with the lights, fanny can be seen on camera and Mary gives of a burning odour.

Which other ghostly powers would people like to see in season 4 and who should have what power.

In my opinion imagine if Thomas discovers he can posses Mike and Alison not noticeing at first. Thomas would be one step closer to wooing fair Alison

My other idea was that Mike could hear pat but not see him and they sort of become best friends as he is the only ghost Mike can connect with 😂

I love unusual character pairings in tv. This weeks episode of The Rookie was so good, Smitty and Tamara was such a funny pairing. Smitty is such a great character, I kind of hope we get an episode in the future that is a flash back to Grey and Smitty as young cops or just a Smitty origin story 😂

Ok here are my thoughts. Barba is a smart man and I feel he knew Liv was Blinded by Stabler so took the role as Wheatley’s defence as he was trying to protect her from the things that may have come out if someone like Buchanan had taken the case. Buchanan would have brought up Lewis and would have painted Liv in a bad light that might have cost her career, where Barba is doing his job while protecting hers.

I’m thinking that Barba might become a regular on Organised Crime for this arc as I recon despite him telling Wheatley he was done with him, Wheatley will some how black mail Barba into working with him ( similar story to Wesley currently on The Rookie). I’m just hoping if this is the case Liv isn’t so blinded by Stablers problems to see her friend needs help.

Would also be interesting to see Stabler and Barba begrudgingly work together to take Wheatley down.

Re watching season 20 currently and just watched Part 33 where they are all arguing in court holding about a domestic abuse case and Rollins gets so angry at the victim because the whole case reminded her of her parents.

What I didn’t realise until after I watched it for a second time was how clever the writing was in terms of naming of characters because the suspect on trial was called Anna Beth which is a direct flip of Rollins mothers name of Beth Ann. This isn’t the first time SVU has done this because I seem to remember a domestic case Rollins related to with a dad called Jim but I can’t remember which episode that was.

I love the way the writers drop these little moments in here and there that you won’t necessarily pick up on at first but are so clever

Are there any good ‘what if’ SVU AU fan fics I should read?

This evening I kept thinking what if Elliot never left how would it effect the narative the show currently has. If he never left Liv wouldn’t have become captain as Elliott would have been offered the Sargent promotion over her as he out ranked her. If he had never left cragen would never have brought in Amaro to replace him which means Carisi wouldn’t have come in to replace Amaro and we never would have had Rollisi. I assume cragen would have still brought Amanda up from Atlanta but if he didn’t she would never have gotten closure over Pattern and would still be gambling. Would Liv have adopted Noah. I don’t think Liv and Barbas friendship would be what it is today as she would focus all her friendship energy on Elliot. I just find it so interesting how one decision can affect everything that happens from then on some thing as simple as do you turn left or right at a cross road. The one thing I do know is Fin is the only constant in this situation he is always going to be there being his chill self having everyone’s back.
