Babies 🐇🐰❤

Early this morning The Pipsqueakery took in two rabbits via our partner rescue Dolly’s Dream House. These two bunnies survived a deadly house fire a little over a day ago and have been trapped under the rubble for nearly 24 hours. A burning wall fell on their cage and pinned Mama in which is why she’s the most burned. Our friends felt that their best chance at survival is at The Pipsqueakery, as we have an in house veterinarian and extensive experience with surviving house fire bunnies.

These 2 bunnies, a mom and her 10 month old baby, are burned, and are have difficulty breathing due to smoke inhalation. They’re going to need a lot of care. This is a very special case where if these rabbits can be brought back to full health we would love to reunite them with their owners eventually. That’s rarely an option at The Pipsqueakery but we would like it to be here.

Today my baby boy Hercules died of pancreatic cancer. I can't even begin to say how important he was to me, how important he IS to me, he was my first dog and will continue being for a long time, he was the perfect best friend for the lonely little girl i used to be, he still is one of my best friends and will continue being for all eternity.

I will never forget the first time i met him, he was so tiny, mainly for baby pit bull, the man that was selling him said he would make a small price for us because if he didn't sell him, he was going to kill him because he was to weak and didn't want to eat. As soon as i got him, he felt asleep on my lap just like a baby. We slept together, we eat togheter, we took showers together, played together.

Please, rest in peace my friend because I'm sure that one day we will meet and play again.

I love you from the buttom of my heart.
