Hi guys I'm an experienced person when it comes to anxiety and stress coz I've experienced all the major symptoms you're dealing with in this community, adding to that I've been searching and learning effective ways to deal with all of that, what I come to realize based on my journey dealing with anxiety and stress is the opportunity I got to understand myself on a deeper level because when a person start experiencing anxiety and stress that is a message he or she receives from the unconscious says there's is a conflict basically an emotional one that might we had when we were kids and we built all our sense of reality based on that trauma, so what I meant if you guys wanna cure this condition you have to look within yourselves and experience the shame, guilt, anger, frustration, hate .. that you felt a long time ago it's basically the scariest thing you'll do in your life as Carl Jung said the external world is the reflection of our internal world, a lot of guys I see here they're worrying about how a woman will see them or other people may not accept them .. you don't have to focus on that idea instead you should revive the emotional charge that keeping those ideas active in your analytical mind and get in touch within your bodies and solving the energetic blocks that is happening inside your bodies .. as one of my greatest mentors Used to say " nothing changes until energy moves " you see the body should recover itself by itself what's keeping you experiencing those physical symptoms is your resistance to an idea or emotions usually an unconscious one ..
