THINGS TO KNOW?

I have a lot of mental issues and borderline health issues-

the main thing is I have borderline heart problems I have chest pains and heart palpitations when under a lot of stress or when I’m overwhelmed/ overstimulated DO NOT FRET my health seems to be getting better ❤️‍🩹

I do get very sick often, do to stress causing my entire immune system to kill itself I get sick all the time. Tbh nothing to worry about tough I usually recover in less than a week ^^

As for mental health I tend to have weeks of constant stress and sleep deprivation on weeks/days like that I will take breaks! I have some diagnosed mental issues such as: depression, anxiety, autism, and sleep problems along with a heightened sense of empathy and attachment issues.

I’m doing better as of now but I’m still a bit under the weather.
