in order to fully embrace the all consuming autumnal nostalgia its essential to establish the aesthetic through the elements of your ritual as well - some ideas include:
serving your cosy drink in an equally comforting mug - it makes it feel so much more special and sacred ⁺🕯⋆.˚
watching a 2000s tv show/ movie with a fall vibe - it immerses you in the story telling and allows you to envision your own life in the same cinematic, romanticised light 𓂃🪶
presentation is key - making the drinks for taste is fine itself, but the real autumnal experience comes from taking time to appreciate and notice the beauty in the intentional, and making it look cute really helps to do that (it also makes for a great pinterest post!) 🍂᭡.ִֶָ𓂃
don't rush! sip mindfully and thoughtfully - all good things deserve attention and focus, our common longing for autumn/fall often roots from our perception of time and its speeds - slowing down to appreciate something as simple as a comforting beverage not only allows prolonged enjoyment of your creation, but also serves as a conscious reminder to treasure the simplicities of the upcoming season for when they arrive.... 🎞️؛༊
