Avril was sitting at the bar in the club when she saw a woman, Charlotte walk in. She smiled softly and nodded at them, “Hi, I don’t think I’ve seen you around before, I’m Avril I’m one of the strippers here,” she said, holding out their hand for the woman to shake.

Charlotte sat in one of the chairs legs crossed as she watched the dancers. It wasn’t the first time she had been there, but now that she was investing in the club she liked to know just what she was putting her funds into. When someone walked up to her, she smiled, “I’m Charlotte. It’s a pleasure to meet you. I’m a professor at U of N.” She wanted to leave the investor part out. It was how she was going to be able to truly know these people.

Charlotte stood on the porch step with a wrapped gift in hand. It wasn’t the first time she had been there, but it felt necessary to bring a gift for the happy couple. Grinning up at Matt, she wrapped her arms around him and pulled back, “This is for you. Please you should greet your guests.”
