12 Months... Oh My Goodness... We have had this baby boy for a whole year!!! From that tiny 7lb baby to a 35lb chunk! We have 6 teeth, love to talk and sing, walk and run everywhere, eat pretty much anything, and we know no strangers! What a great day it has been, celebrating Ashby's 1st Birthday... This wonderful kid turned 11 months old this past week! ☺️ Holy cow, where did all the time go!?! 😳 Ashby loves everyone and doesn't know a stranger. 😄 He babbles all the time, but has been caught saying "Hey, Hi, Buh-Bye, No, MaMa, DaDa, Beau, and his favorite, Uh-Oh". 😆 He still LOVES food, even with only 4 teeth, and wants to he everything you are having... in fact, he demands it! 😅 We love going to church, and of course we like to sing at the top of our lungs! 🙉 We love playing with cars, trucks, and tractors, and have figured out how to make each individual roll down the hallway as fast as possible... 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ashby also gives hugs and kisses and waves hello and goodbye. 👋🏻 Oh, and of course, the best part... 🥁 WE ARE WALKING!!! 🚶🏼 We now walk EVERYWHERE! 😱 This little unstoppable guy surprises me every single day... 😊 He makes my heart so gosh darn happy... ❣️❣️❣️ #BabyAshby #FutureHeartThrob #MommysLittleMan #SweetestLittleBoyAround

So thankful for this beautiful arena! Now I just have to make myself get out here and use it more!!! Just a reminder... Need a place to ride this winter? Charming Stables rents out arena times!!! Arena is 60'x104'- 4 barrels, 6 poles, ground poles, 1 jump, tires and cones available for use. $10 per person/per hour. I caught myself yesterday, complaining about how horrible this month has been so far... So many things have gone wrong or been super stressful... Then I stopped myself. I am so lucky. I am so fortunate to be living this life. To have this facility and these horses. To have the family and beautiful son that I have. To be able to get up in the mornings and go out and do what I love the most... Thank you mom and dad, for making my dreams possible. There would be no way I could do any of this without you both! 9 Months old and full of trouble! 😈 Ashby is crawling everywhere, pulling up on everything, walking anywhere he can push his wagon, and even walking with mommy only holding 1 hand! 😳 We can say "Hi", "Hey", and "Ma". 😆 We are starting to try and climb anything and everything... 😲 We still eat just about everything, but we are really enjoying regular food off everyone else's plates! 🍕🍟🍿🍩🍫 Ashby gives hugs and kisses, he even kissed a puppy the other night! 🤗😘 #BabyAshby #MommyIsSoProud #HandsomeMan #FutureHeartThrob #NaturalRockstarHair (at Charming Stables)

Sometimes, I have to step back and remember, she's only 3. Sometimes, I need a break. Sometimes, she needs a break. This special filly always acts so mature and quiet, that I sometimes forget how much she has learned in such a short amount of time... This past weekend I was so disappointed with her... I got home, through her out, and haven't been back on her since. Today I sat and really thought about what we are doing and WHY. Why? Because training makes me happy. It's something I truly feel that I do well at. Because I believe in this buckskin filly with all of my heart! Next week is a new week, and we will take a breath and start over. This little munchkin turned 8 months old yesterday!!! 😆 Rocking the scales at a hefty 25 lbs and now fitting into 12 month clothes, we are a bit of a hunky chunk! 🤣 We finally have a top tooth coming through (so that makes 3 teeth), we crawl everywhere like a little maniac, and we smile at just about anyone! Of course, we LOVE food, but out of everything that we have tried, black olives, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing are not our favorites... 🤢 Oh, did I mention we are standing!!! 🎉 We pull up on everything and walk with anything that we can push! 😳 Talking is our new favorite pastime, and we will sit and babble for hours! 😁 Ashby absolutely LOVES his doggies too, and he seems pretty excited that there are more on the way!!! 🐶🐕 (at Charming Stables)

...I bet you didn't know Superman was this short... 😂 A red bandanna bib makes a great cape! 😆 We have made so many leaps just in the past week! We are crawling on our knees instead of scooting, we can go from laying to sitting up easily, we are pulling ourselves up standing and walking while holding onto something... Ashby has also finally gotten his 2nd tooth, and top teeth are ready to come through! Oh, and our reasoning skills have skyrocketed!
