So thankful for this beautiful arena! Now I just have to make myself get out here and use it more!!! Just a reminder... Need a place to ride this winter? Charming Stables rents out arena times!!! Arena is 60'x104'- 4 barrels, 6 poles, ground poles, 1 jump, tires and cones available for use. $10 per person/per hour. ($15 per person/per hour using lights at night) Located at 4500 N Co Rd 500 W, Muncie, IN (Just north of Wasson's Nursery/Greenhouse) Also a lesson facility, so you must call ahead/make an appointment. Sometimes, I have to step back and remember, she's only 3. Sometimes, I need a break. Sometimes, she needs a break. This special filly always acts so mature and quiet, that I sometimes forget how much she has learned in such a short amount of time... This past weekend I was so disappointed with her... I got home, through her out, and haven't been back on her since. Today I sat and really thought about what we are doing and WHY. Why? Because training makes me happy. It's something I truly feel that I do well at. Because I believe in this buckskin filly with all of my heart! Next week is a new week, and we will take a breath and start over. So proud of this little girl last weekend. 😊 Striker placed 1st in 3D GBRA Poles on Saturday and 2nd in 2D GBRA Poles on Sunday! We still have plenty of room for improvement! 😁 Our barrel warmups were less than 2 seconds off the fastest time of the weekend (ran by Angie and Joker, our State Champs)! So much room for improvement and more speed there also! Super pumped about this sweet filly's future!!! 😆 Photo Credit to @_gracehollars!
