post-punk? we didnt know. some were still calling it ''new wave''.... and what does post-punk mean? its like calling night post-day light. all we knew was that we were at a very strange place- dark, cold, and isolated. and that we could not just figure it out with the old means- politics, drugs, sex, belief. that we had to lean how to use them in new ways or we would end up burned out. science fiction and headphones helped some. and all the time the knowledge that state/capital was growing stronger and nastier. so we got into music silently. and dove deeper inside. to wait. i am still waiting.
