This diet is great for beginners as it's quite simple and not very low in calories (~750 calories). It's not meant to be used for a prolong period on time, more as a cleansing your digestive system thanks to kiwis. After a week or so you may experience diarrhea so stay home.
This diet is very rich in vitamin C, rich in vitamin A, great for vitamin K. Probiotics improve gut microbiome, digestion, and immunity. High fiber supports healthy digestion and prevents bloating.
Healthy fats provide omega 3 and monosaturated fats for brain functions. Choline from egg yolk supports memory and nervous system health.
Iodine from seaweed prevents thyroid issues and supports metabolism. This diet is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich.
This diet is low in vitamin D so few minutes in sun a day is recommended.
