The First Picture. This is the first picture that Ash & I ever took together. The circumstances of how we even met were so completely out of this world. However, I don’t regret one thing about it. Moving in with this amazing young lady has made my life so much better. And every day, as I learn more and more about her, I also learn about myself. She is one of the strongest, most self-motivated individuals that I have ever known. Whether she knows it or not, she saved my life. She gave me the push that I needed. Don’t get me wrong, my parents and my family have always been my strongest support system. But she is my constant. No matter how tired and how stressed she gets, she never gives up. And I feed off of that. I don’t know where she gets the energy, honestly. But basically, she’s amazing and I love her to death. P.S. Don’t judge my hashtags.

Finally getting places.

So today I had my very first interview in Chicago. (: of course they offered me a position in the company. So you're now looking at the newest assistant manager at Acceptance Now. It a new and developing company thats had great success. What we do is no credit needed financing. I have my drug and background check on Monday, and they will follow up with more specifics after those clear. So excited to get back into the work place. Wish me luck! -Ashley

Just something that came to mind...

When I was younger I had a way of getting myself to sleep. It was so simple & always foolproof. I would recite that common nighttime prayer: "Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray The Lord my soul to keep. For if I die before I wake, I pray The Lord, my soul to take." But mine was different. I would add, "Bless Mom & Dad..." and I would proceed to name all my siblings, then cousins, then aunts, etc. until I just fell asleep. Just like you see in the movies, except I would recite it in my head so I would fall asleep safe in my bed. I still do that sometimes even now. I'm not religious or anything. But it's somehow, therapeutic.

You never really "live" somewhere until you unpack. Lol so today Austin bought us a dresser and we rearranged pretty much the entire house so that everything would fit. We finally moved in.
