i fast for a couple of reasons, not to be skinny.

be healthy.

humans are not made to eat and consistently consume. in an natural human environment humans had to hunt to eat. and eat to survive. we eat for benefits other than health. causing excessive death/mistreatment to animals.

eat to survive and maintain health, not for greed. +there are humans with no food so i feel selfish to purge.

indoors in the summer, feels differently than winter indoors. same adventure, different path yet the same nirvana mirror in both. particularly my room stays safe in these times. from my window i see a lens, unconsciously watching the seasons fall through this perspective i see time for what it is.
