Currently Dubai has the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa. The most luxurious hotel is in Dubai, Burj Al Arab. Dubai asked Disneyland to build a theme park/resort and got turned down. They are currently making Dubailand, it will be twice the size of Disneyworld.
