The Otherworld is above all else seductive. Beauty and terror, addictive in its own right. To perceive it is to perceive your own doom. To be blessed with sight or citizenship is to sign your death warrant. Creatures of the otherworld are being dying in Dublin. They’re being hunted –– being killed. Left bloody in the parks, left hung from trees, left bleeding in a gutter, and through your terror you all know that you might just be the next victim.

The Otherworld may trade in beauty and terror, but it’s been growing weaker year after year. Disparate loyalties and disparate dreams, numbers flagging long before you became the prey. Now more than ever, it is essential that you band together. The strange and beautiful things in the world must defend one another, find safety in numbers, and hope that all things may come to a happy end.
