These are by no means the best options out there I'm sure, but these are what work for me so I thought I would share.

Nordvpn - this is a vpn blocker, when I pirate videos this has been my go-to for years. This is a subscription based program.

tv shows / movies. Everyone has their own preferences for where they download from but these are my personal choices.

Utorrent - this is where my desired movies/shows go to download onto my computer.

Adobe Photoshop. A free alternative is photopea!

Handbrake - this program helps converts your torrents into .mov/.mp4 files that you can actually open in PS.

Free converter - this is the absolute best program I've found to convert from .MKV to .MOV for free, the file size is not limited.

CapCut - I have actually just started using this program but it's super helpful, you can upload your downloaded footage and say you are interested in scenes of a certain character. Well, this program allows you to slice the footage and remove parts you don't want then you can export your "new" footage. This cuts down the time spent in PS picking your "scenes". It's worth a mention that this has AI powered capabilities but I do not use those.

Free Video to JPG Converter - this app is literally so good. I used to make my screencaps in VLC player but this is literally so much faster. If you want to make screencaps this is the easiest way that I have found. You simply upload the footage, chose your frame info and run it.
