❛ &. ┊ He could honestly say it was the first time they had actually delved into their feelings for each other and maybe now was a perfect time, when his hands were holding her hips and she was straddling his lap. Closeness. ❝You mean a lot to me too, Kaiya.❞ They were whispered words as he moved to rest his forehead against her own. It was almost like he was scared others could hear their words and he didn’t want their confessions to be for anyone else, not honest confessions, not confessions that made his heart skip a beat. ❝I don’t know what I’d do without you anymore. It just — it just doesn’t feel right when I think about it, you know? Like, even thinking about stuff before this whole deal, it doesn’t feel like it was right.❞ Maybe his words were too emotional, too deep but he wanted to be honest with the female he cared about. He always wanted to be honest and open with her, it was why they worked so well, he knew it.

Listening to the words that were coming from him made her heart skip a beat, cause that was how she felt about him as well. Leaning into him when he laid his forehead against hers, her hand moved so lay against him. “Like you have no idea how easy you are making this whole falling for you thing. I never knew that I would find someone that makes me so happy, that has me smiling every chance they get. I don’t want to imagine life without you by my side..” And with that she leaned into him once more, her lips pressing deeply against his. It was what she wanted, to feel all of him, wanted to know what it felt like being loved by someone that meant so much to you. It was almost what she craved, she wanted him, wanted to feel him care about her. Eyes stayed shut as she kept the kiss going, her hands going to her own waist to pull her shirt up and off her frame and onto the floor. This was it, and boy did she feel like her heart was beating super fast.

❛ &. ┊ It was something she had noticed, it was probably why she tried to smile at him as much as she could, because no one else seemed to and it didn’t seem right. ❝I don’t know, it’s just kind of hard to picture you as a scary person.❞ It was honest and she always tried to be honest with the other, though she never understood why she tried to. It wasn’t like they had full on conversations. Actually, she was pretty sure this was the longest conversation they have ever had that didn’t involve work. But she hadn’t expected the next conversation to come, one that had cheeks burning red and her thighs pressing together. ❝I don’t know, that doesn’t sound super scary.❞ Twice. It was far from a big number and to make it even smaller, it was with the same person. Most of her time wasn’t exactly spent trying to fall into such things, it was trying to find ways to make money just to survive. Her own eyes shifted around the room until she found one of the familiar chairs most sat in during meetings in his office. In some attempt at trying to be more comfortable, she dropped into one of the chairs before taking a sip from her glass. ❝She was,❞ she nodded softly. ❝She always tried her hardest and really, I guess that’s all you can really do. Try.❞

That was just how Dowon was. Never would he show that side unless someone deserved it and honestly, he was beyond okay with showing her that side if it was something she wanted to see. Dark eyes fell onto the female as he sat there, clearing his throat. “Its pretty intimidating trust me. I mean unless you wanna try it out yourself? I could totally bend you over the desk.” It was a joke, or at least that was how he was trying to make it out to be. Because if she wanted to fuck, he would be completely down. Sitting there against his desk, eats listened to everything that she was saying. ‘Im sorry that you had to deal with her passing. I am sure it was and still is a lot to deal with. I lost my grandma a few months back. I cant say I know exactly how you feel but its not a fun feeling what so ever. I wouldn’t wish it on my worse enemy. But I promise you, she has made you in such a strong, hardworking woman and I can vouch for that. As long as you have been working in my company you have worked so hard..” And she really had, she was the only person that worked as hard as he did in that building and that was saying alot because he worked really, really hard on his job every single day. Dark eyes looked over at the girl.

❛ &. ┊ Maybe it was silly, liking someone as much as he liked her. The female meant a lot more to him than anyone else ever had, even the rest of the boys in his group. Their lives were certainly switched. Harrison was the oldest of his group, the lead, all eyes usually fell on him but he wasn’t really made for the attention. It was why their managers threw them together, to get them both out of their shells and into the light more. But right now, it wasn’t about anyone else, it was about them and them alone. That’s what made it so easy for lips to find hers, for his hands on her hips to pull her body against his own once she pressed back into the kiss. She made it so easy to love her, they brought out the best in each other and no matter what, she always made him feel happy. Even when he was down, she could bring him up like a balloon being filled with new helium.

When the two were paired together, Kaiya never thought it was going to work because they both lived two completely different lives, or so she thought. But now, Kaiya was in his life more than anyone else, she was there for everything and she loved the idea of it. Yes, she was the maknae, so she was the quietest and the one that was in the background a lot cause she was the youngest but at the same time, she was the one that was the most known of her group, the one that everyone looked up to because she was with Harrison. Leaning into him, she moved so that she was on his lap, her legs on both sides of him, her hands against his chest as they kisses. He knew just how to make her heart beat fast, how to make it skip and how to make her fall for him even more. Pulling away just slightly, the girl let out a small breath. “You mean so much to me Harrison, do you know that? You are--the best person I have in my life. Than you for caring about me so much..” She was falling, and Kaiya had no intention on stopping herself that was for sure.

❛ &. ┊ Eyes scanned over him as his words poured through her ears, though being careful enough to take the glad from him. ❝What could make you scary?❞ She couldn’t see it but that was possible because she always tried to see the best in people. Even him, he was funny and he cared about people, always tried his hardest and put a lot of time into the company. So far, she hadn’t seen anything too negative but that all traveled back around, they didn’t really know each other. Though, it was the next topic that had her cheeks filling with a light tint as her eyes dropped to the wine in her glass, gently spinning it because she enjoyed how it moved. ❝I don’t really know about stuff like that, really. I’ve only had sex twice so, can’t really say I know anything about stuff like that. Is that the kind of stuff you like?❞ She couldn’t help but question considering it did manage to tug on her fascination, causing her to find it interesting, pulling her curious spot. And maybe her low number of sexual encounters counted as another secret considering she didn’t jump around talking about the few times she had been intimate with someone. ❝It was but my mother was always really strong and tried to make it seem alright. I guess I didn’t think it was too bad just because I didn’t know anything different.❞

Letting out an airy laugh, Dowon’s eyes moved over to the small female. “You have no idea honestly. If you could imagine the things that have happened in this office you would understand. Im just a scary individual. Have you seen the way the people act when I come in? You are by far one of the very few people that actually smile at me when I walk into the room.” Sitting there, he crossed his legs. This wasn’t something that a boss would have a conversation with his receptionist about but he was beyond okay with it, finding her way cuter than any other person he ever laid eyes on. “You have only had sex twice? Oh baby, we have got to get your count out there. People that have sex are happier you know? You could have a nice little happy life at work. But yeah, it is what im into. Being called daddy is a pretty nice thing. But im rough, and into other things like that. Im scary, I told you. Most girls find it as a turn on though. Like guys being rough with you, and you being able to call him stuff. Him bending you across the desk. Its like one huge porn movie being shot or something.” Sex was his forte, the thing that Dowon was beyond open about and was cool with doing anything with it when it came the time. But he stopped, hearing what she said. “Your mom sounded like a very strong woman. I can see where you got that from..” Fixing his collar, he moved to unbutton his shirt once more, dark eyes falling on the female.

❛ &. ┊ He did worry about it, worried about making her feel like he was pushing her into something. What he did know was that even though they were fake dating, it felt like they really were dating lately. From spending nights together because they wanted to and now because their managers wanted them to, their time spent dancing to help each other, he couldn’t even remember the last time he went to sleep without her there. ❝I worry about things, you know that.❞ It just happened but he knew she understood and knew that, but her words did make him feel better. They made him feel comfortable enough to rest his hands against her hips to pull her just a fraction closer. It was true, Dae probably was his true best friend considering the other male had been in his group since the beginning. But Kaiya meant more, not that he could put it into words right now. ❝I think I can do that,❞ he managed to mumble out before leaning in to lock their lips.

Being the maknae of the group, Kaiya was used to being overlooked. The small girl never felt that anyone truly liked her and wanted to be around her. That was until she met Harrison. He made her happy and had her smiling every single second that he was around her. That was why she ended up in his apartment more during the night than she was ever at hers, how she got so used to feeling his arms against her, him being with her out in public. Yes, management set them up for a fake thing but at the same time she was beyond happy that they did because she was happy when she was around him. Feeling him pull her into him, or at least closer to him, a small smile fell onto her lips. “You gonna make me? Hm I guess we will have to see..” Leaning into him, a small kiss was pressed back into his lips. Even if she had to only pick one thing she wanted from this, it would be his kisses. Harrison always took her breath away when his lips touched hers. Kaiya had never felt that way about anyone before, and she never wanted to with anyone else. Harrison was who she wanted.

Sun truly was good at keeping secrets but when it came to herself, she was an open book, she never really had anything to hide but maybe that was because she hadn’t lived life as much as she probably should have. A soft laugh returned to her lips at his words, shaking her head slightly to clearly disagree. ❝You don’t seem like an —❞ her words paused while she tried to think of another word for it but she couldn’t seem to ❝— like that. But I don’t know you that well either, so.❞ It was honest, just like she always tried to be. Why lie when you didn’t absolutely have to? Either way, her attention turned to the bottle and the glass. ❝Yes, please. Thank you.❞ Warm, her voice was always warm even now as eyes followed him, watching his every step until the music changed. ❝Myself,❞ she spoke out in a soft mumbled whisper as if that would pull something to her head. She wanted to be a journalist but she was sure everyone in the office knew that by now considering she did her work whenever she had downtime. ❝I’m not really sure, I don’t think I really I have stuff no one else knows.❞ Though, that’s when she paused for a moment, shifting in her spot as one thing came to mind. ❝I mean, I don’t know who my father is, no one knows that. So, I suppose that’s something.❞

Everything became a secret when it happened behind closed doors and maybe that was why he brought her in there, that was why they were doing all of this in the privacy of his office so that no one knew what they were doing. Shaking his head, Dowon shrugged. “I promise you that you have no idea who I actually am. You have no idea what I actually do when I am behind closed doors and it might actually scare you..” Handing her the drink, he moved back to his desk and sat down. “Hm so you have daddy issues? Kind of at least right? Most girls that have that lacking father figure in their life lean to someone that is more--masculine. Thats where the daddy kink comes from you know? When girls call their sexual partners daddy. Not that its a bad thing you know. I mean if I had to be someone’s dad I think I would be okay with that..” Won was an open book. He would tell you everything you wanted to know, he would talk about anything and do anything and everything that someone asked him to do. Biting down against his bottom lip, his hands moved against the desk, his mouth humming along to the song that was playing. “Im sorry that you don’t know who your father is though. I dont think i could deal without having my dad, and I wouldn’t even hope that on my son. Being without a parent is super hard, and even harder on the other parent.”

❛ &. ┊ How blunt she was brought loud laughter from the back of his throat as his arms dropped from his chest. It was one of the reasons why he loved her, no matter what, she could always manage to make him laugh. ❝I mean, it’s not like I haven’t thought about it.❞ Harrison’s honest words came slipping out as he watched her move to her suitcase. It had him offering a shrug, more for him than her considering it was still while she was bent over. ❝But I didn’t really want to push you or anything.❞ That’s how he had always been, though. He never wanted anyone to feel like he was pushing them into something, into doing something they didn’t want to do. People being comfortable around him was important, more important than he could say. ❝You know, because I care about you and stuff. You’re kind of like my best friend, but don’t tell Dae I said that.❞

Moving from the suitcase, the small girl leaned against the wall, dark eyes landing on the male. “Well you should had done it. I mean, I have been waiting for it. Im surprised we haven’t yet with me staying with you so much and in the dance room the other day..” Hearing his words, Kaiya walked over to him, her eyes on him. “Listen to me mister. You would never ever push me into anything. I hope you know that. I want you. More than you could ever know. I want to be able to kiss you, touch you, tell you how amazing you are. Harrison you are the only guy that I have had eyes for, the only person I want to fall asleep cuddling in their arms to.” Leaning over, she pressed a small kiss to his nose. “You might have to shut me up then cause I am totally going to tell Dae that I am your best friend and they aren’t.” It was a joke, she would never do that but she wanted him to smile, since she was being so honest there for a minute.

❛ &. ┊ The brunette stood still in her spot, the only part of her moving being her fingers playing with the fabric of her sweater matching her skirt, always trying to look nice considering she was the first face most saw when they came onto the floor. ❝No coffee, got it.❞ Her own reply to it came with a soft laugh, almost a giggle over something that probably wasn’t even that funny but she found it amusing. Then again, she always seemed to enjoy conversations with the male, even if they were never very long because he was such a busy person. That didn’t matter, though. No matter what, she always tried to do whatever she could to help him with whatever was bothering him or she tried to do anything she could to make things easier for him, even color coding the sticky notes she gave him so he knew what was important and what was minor. The joke was clearly a joke but she couldn’t help the slight shrug her thin shoulders offered. ❝I happen to be very good at keeping secrets.❞ It was almost whispered as if she didn’t want the walls to know such small secrets even if they were all jokes. It was probably why her words came off so casually even if they were whispered, she was trying to joke back.

Dowon had to admit that since he had her around things had been a whole lot easier. It was almost like she made sure that everything was taken care of and set up perfectly so that way he didn’t have to worry about everything. Dark eyes moved to fall on her once more, before a laugh fell from his lips. “You are good at keeping secrets? Hm I might have to keep that in mind.” Standing up, hands ran through his hair before he walked over to the cabinet. “Im just an asshole honestly. I drink way too much, I have sex way too much, and I have too much money that I have no idea what to do with it. Thats the life of being a ceo. Always too much of everything else and no idea what to do with it.” Once he got over to the small fridge that was in the room, he grabbed out a bottle of wine that he kept around, and opened it pouring himself a glass. ‘Do you want some? I mean we might as well make tonight fun right?” He grabbed the glasses and walked back to his desk changing the music so it was something a little more up beat and not so angry like what it was before. ‘So tell me about your self little miss I can keep secrets? Something that no one else knows..” Maybe this wasn’t what he had planned for the night but he wanted to get to know her, wanted to see what she kept behind closed doors.

❛ &. ┊ Colors followed her as she moved to the desk he had been working on. Every word engraved against him, pulled his focus and attention. ❝Scared?❞ Harrison released with a scoff as he moved to stand in front of her, barely a few inches between the pair as his arms crossed over his chest. ❝Kaiya, I dyed my hair cotton candy pink. I very clearly am not scared of anything at all.❞ It was such a silly way of comparing it but Harrison certainly wasn’t known for being the most serious person on the planet. He enjoyed making jokes, playful comments and laughing, it was something that brought the pair together more than anything else, he was sure of it.

The small familiar laugh fell from her lips at his words about his hair. He was telling the truth that was for sure. It seemed like Harrison always knew how to bring that happy side out of her, and it made her feel much more safe when she was around him. “Oh my god. Harrison.” Kaiya moved to stand up, her hands moving to press against his chest. “Are you ever going to have sex with me or am I just gonna have to go take a cold shower and deal with it myself?” She asked. Pulling away, she walked over to her suitcase, bending over to grab everything that she needed for the chance that she did end up going and taking a shower. But part of her felt like she knew that he would go through with it. The two had built up sexual tension and they did from the moment they first made out they just never acted on it.

❛ &. ┊ As soon as her hands were free, they moved to fix her skirt once more, always forgetting sitting could mess with the fabric and shift the way it sat against her hips. But as soon as he started speaking, her attention turned to the male. It sounded stressful and she knew she could never understand that, he had far more to stress about than she did. ❝I don’t mind staying, I said I’d help and really, it’s probably better not to do it alone or it’ll last forever.❞ Teeth moved to dig into the flesh of her bottom lip as she tried to think, tried to find some possible way to help but she wasn’t sure what to do. ❝I could make you some coffee if that might make you feel better? Just tell me how to help, being grumpy and stressed out is never good.❞ Which was common knowledge, it was always better to be happy instead of grumpy. But she didn’t know how to help the male and all she wanted at that moment was to make it all go away, take the stress off of his shoulders. ❝Just tell me what will help.❞

Fingers ran through Dowon’s hair as the male sat behind his desk. “Honestly im not too sure if coffee would be able to help tonight since I have already had two cups throughout the day. I would rather not have to spend my whole night in the bathroom with a horrible bladder because of the coffee, thank you though princess.” Normally he would just go to his girlfriend, they would have sex and Dowon would be fine, he just needed to show his other side, let out some stress and remember that he was the boss, but he couldnt just do that. “Last time something like this happened, my ex girlfriend got pregnant with my son. Im not too sure there is much of anything we can do unless you know of a way to get rid of stress without me losing my job for being a sexual asshole..” He joked, it was all jokes towards her cause he would never put her in that kind of a situation. But at the same time, maybe he could and it wouldn’t be that bad. But he would never ask her, never tell her that he could do something like that with her. Sun was too cute for that, she was a princess, she deserved someone to help take care of her, not take away her innocence.

I happen to enjoy how you are, if that matters at all.❞ They had certainly gotten closer than he ever thought they would, never thinking they would grow into something real when they were forced to pretend they were dating. But now, his heart held a special spot for her, he cared about her far more than he had ever cared for anyone else. They hadn’t gone further than their makeout sessions, possibly because Harrison didn’t want to push anything when he enjoyed how they were with each other. He never wanted to ruin it. But it was hard for his mind not to fall into such a space when her whisper filled his ears. It had his own soft colors falling to her as he shifted just enough to get a better view of her features. It took him a moment before it actually hit his mind and he was sure, in his head, he was blushing but that was far from truly visual. ❝Well, how can I show you? Since you seem to have an idea.❞

“You only enjoy me because you have to..” Kaiya joked. She knew that was a lie, he really did care about her and nothing was going to change that. The small girl knew in her heart that he felt different about her than he had at first and it was beyond okay, cause she felt the same way. Clearing her throat, the girl moved so that she could sit up on the desk that he was looking at before. “Thats for me to know, and for you to try and figure out..” The whisper dipped from her light pink lips, dark eyes moving to look up at Harrison. What they had was special, that was for sure. When their managers told them to get together, never did Kaiya think that she would find someone she would actually want to be with, but if she had it her way she was sure that they would be dating by now. Leaning over against her knees, the smirk played against her lips. “Unless you are scared....”

❛ &. ┊ The brunette immediately went back to work once she was at her desk once more. It wasn’t difficult work, she updated his calendar to add in meeting and due-dates, took notes over calls for later, even worked on fixing up her desk to make sure she had everything in order. It took a while even though it didn’t seem like much but even if she was completely focused, she still noticed the way his features looked when he walked out of his office, the sight easily worrying her. Maybe the call didn’t go well? It had her forcing herself to get back to work, only pulling away to notice when he returned to his office. It was quite clear he wasn’t in the greatest mood, you had to be blind not to see that, and that was why she tried to give him space to breathe, even taking files from other people so they wouldn’t bother him. She didn’t actually stand up from her desk until the office went dim and everyone else had left. With folders held against her chest by her arm and sticky notes hanging from between two fingers, she made her way over to the door, a soft knock offered. As always, she didn’t enter until he said she could and the moment she saw him she offered that same warm smile. ❝You only had three calls today, mostly check-ins and one appointment request. And some other departments wanted me to give these to you.❞ Sun tried to start off as positive as possible to try and help the only way she knew how; positivity. But she couldn’t help but be herself and whenever he had a meeting, in person or by phone, she always asked how it went. ❝Did your call go well, sir?❞

Music was playing over the speakers in the office when he heard the knock on the door. Dark eyes looked at the time before Dowon shook his head. He had no idea how late it got and he was sure that he just lost track of time trying to go over all the notes and everything from the call that he had gotten off of. “Come in.” It wasn’t his normal chipper voice, him being happy and out there, cause honestly he was just stressed right now. But when she walked in, all of it kind of dropped just slightly. A small smile moved onto his lips. “Thank you. You are for sure a keeper.” Taking the stuff that she handed over to him, he laid them on his desk. But the next words hit him like a ton of bricks. A sigh fell from his lips. “I guess you can tell huh? I mean--it made me stressed that was for sure. It seems like all the others are wanting something different with the company than what I want. And as the owner I have to make sure that I cater to everyone’s needs but there is just so much that they are wanting to add and edit and do away with. They decided to add on the new wing within the next few weeks so its going to be loud and annoying in here and people are going to complain about having to drive around all of that. Plus, there is other stuff going on. You don’t have to stay over tonight if you don’t want to. Im just going to be grumpy and stressed out and everything..” It was all getting to the orange haired male and honestly, maybe getting un-stressed was all that he needed, something to do or get the anger and stress out.
