A wicker basket full of delicious food and drink while you sit on the green grass of a park or garden
Bake a warm fluffy cake and decorate it together
Buy a paint/colour by number and spend the day completing it with multiple cups of tea or wine
Wine and cheese tasting followed by a tour of the vineyards as you walk hand in hand
Book tickets to see an orchestra perform, dressed formally and eyes glittering over the symphonies
Peruse an art museum, pretend to know what you’re talking about
Take a stroll through a botanical/public garden and finish with a gold drink beneath the trees
Be tourists in your own city and explore the sites and sounds
Cook a sumptuous meal together and dine by candlelight
Ignite a passion in your hearts with a class in Argentinian tango or ballroom
Buy an easel and paints, become artists together even if your works are more abstract
Go for a drive in the evening playing songs that make you feel alive as you roll the windows down to feel the wind against your face
Get a sensuous couples massage and spa treatment
Hire a rowing boat and take in the sites of a river while the oars glide
Attend a fireworks display, huddled up in warm blankets and clutching hot chocolates
Wander beneath the lights of a carnival and kiss on the top of the Ferris wheel
Go to a club, feel the freedom, let yourselves go
Sit at a café with a croissant and a beverage, act like lovers who are fated to be
Stroll along the beach hand in hand, resting on the sand to cosy up together
Have an at-home spa day where you give each other massages and treatments
Snuggle up and have a movie marathon on the couch

Go to the cinemas, get snacks and hold each other’s hand at emotional moments
