Hello Bobby!
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate our conversation. The way you speak about cooking with such depth, passion, and honesty truly stayed with me. It inspired me more than you know, and it reminded me why I’m drawn to creators who pour their stories into their work. I actually shared a post about it and tagged you, because the inspiration you sparked deserved to be acknowledged. Thank you for giving me that moment of clarity and for reminding me how art and food meet in the same place: the heart.
Looking forward to seeing more of your creationsand hopefully continuing this meaningful connection.
Emma
That just made my night; thank you.
Knowing that something I said about searing onions at 3 a.m. or crying over a burnt sauce actually reached you the same way a painting does… that’s the rarest kind of feedback a cook can get. I’m truly touched (and a little flushed in the cheeks right now).
I’ll go find that post and read it with the biggest grin.
And if my food ever gets to sit in the same room as the art that moves you, I’ll consider my job done.
Thank you for seeing the heart in what I do. Means the world. And sorry in advance if I'm sounding too corky
