Dear Chefbgood, Do you have to be very organized to cook all these meals and plan ahead with your shopping for the week on one day?
Dear whoodley-whoo,It certainly helps to have a good sous chef who keeps the kitchen stocked for the week. However, you could go to the store right before you make the dish. If you go that route, I recommend having a snack first. I never have the patience to cook anything good when I'm hungry.- chefbgood

Scallops in Champagne Mustard Sauce! We were looking for a way to use leftover champagne from New Years. I'd say this was a good idea. Yum and faster than you would think.
Dinner. Fancy grilled cheese - Dave’s Killer Bread, Cougar Gold, and Granny Smith Apples. I was never so lucky as a child to know this combo.

The Accidental Chef
I didn't know I could cook until my wife assigned me days to make dinner during the week. She says I'm actually a really good cook even though all I knew how to make before I met her was quesadillas using the microwave. This year, I will be posting my culinary creations (usually a meal or dish my wife requests). At the very least, there will be photographic evidence that I was in the kitchen. -Chef B.
