With the start of summer comes the start of tourist season, and with that comes more reservations at the restaurant. And as I’m sure you all can guess, more reservations means longer hours in the kitchen. I am exhausted. But, on a lighter note, I got an offer from a friend from culinary school to go into business together. He wants to open a restaurant, but feels it would be easier with a partner, and he asked me! He said my talent is the best and he only wants to work with the best. I am honestly so floored and excited.Â
