The photo on the left is me from last year, I felt miserable and I was in the most horrible head space and hated everything about myself.

The photo on the right is a photo of me this year, I’ve lost 25kgs (around 55 pounds).I’m much happier with myself and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved so far. I’d like to lose a little more weight but I can’t seem to get past 55kgs.

Any tips?
