Wellness center. .. This is where I come to get well! Those of who are not familiar with what you are about to see really need to get an understanding of why this process is so important. Most of us don't want to think about it until something bad happens.. I have watched those who were around me sick and saw the effect it has on not just the body but the mind and it's scary. My son just did kickboxing.... I see what his father had taught him and I love it. t has allowed him to do well in this class..

I did it y'all. ..My body told me to make better changes and I'am listening even more closely because it's the only one I have! My instructor did not let me give up and I feel the reward and the sweat was coming. Thank you Joe! #ymcaIsdoingthedamthing
