i rly don't understand ppl who read books before they go to sleep to calm themselves,

this is how i read books, i either 1) can put it down after one chapter but it's mainly bcs the book is boring and i don't wanna read it anymore or 2) i can't put it down and i read it until 5am so i can finish it. i don't have enough self discipline to put it down after 1 chapter if it's rly good
