I seriously LOVE how this purse turned out. I was able to make it with only a quarter yard of fabric, and had enough left over to make a matching coin purse! Not too big, and not too small, with a crossbody strap that is the perfect length for shorter people. The front flap is held closed with a silver magnetic snap. Follow the link to see the lining <3

The pattern is used to make this adorable A-line skirt was actually printed in the 1970s! I thought it would be great for this classic tan courduroy. But then, as it was all finished, it felt a little... BLAND. I got to thinking about what could be done to add a little something special to this piece. Thats when I came up with the idea for this beautiful blossom embroidery detail. And in the back? Elastic! so this skirt can fit a range of body types.

The Reine pattern from Little Lizard King Patterns has to be one of my favorites, because the ruffle detail adds something so special to an otherwise basic top. It is one of my favorites to make for my daughter! While sorting through my fabrics I found this lovely vintage knit and just knew it would be perfect for this design. This bright plaid fabric is light and breathable, making it great to wear anytime.

I love this vintage material so much, and held onto it for a long time before finally deciding what to make with it. My favorite part is that the flowers are ***fuzzy*** lol. I didn’t have much to work with, since it was a remnant piece sourced from an estate sale in north GA, so I opted for a classic pillowcase style top. The green fabric is light and sheer, with a white cotton lining. The shoulder tie is such a pretty color blue that gives this top a little something extra. I hope you like it just as much as I do!
