Persephone progress!! Well I have a hard deadline for this now - I plan on entering her at Tekko in July!! She's mostly finished just lots of little things to finish up (jewelry mostly)

2023 has been a rough start for me so cosplay progress has taken a back seat. The short version is my dad went in for emergency surgery NYE for a perforated ulcer and since then we've been dealing with appointments every 2 days.

Thankfully he is very lucky he didn't wait on it and is already back to work and no more appointments for a few months!!

That being said I'm slowly catching up on my projects and have started a few new ones. Persephone is nearing completion, I've started on some Bridgerton inspired designs by Sunset Dragon for Bells Hells (right now those are at 'boring 1800s undergarments' stage 😅), and of course I have plans to eventually make Willow from Owl House and a trio I've affectionately called "Witch Nachos" for the fall. Here are a few sneak peaks of what I'm currently in the process of making (some are mock ups ... because Regency stays are the devil)

Work in progress of the Laudna shirt! I used water dissolving aida cloth and cross stitched the design by hand over several months. You don't see most of it tho 😅

Also it's linen so you bet I French seamed everything!! (Also just look how tidy the inside of the embroidery is!)
