Fuck any substances that aren't natural. My whole diet has everything i need. I dont understand why people do certain drugs to get happy, just do exercise and get natural high. Whilst on exercise when at the gym why do you need protein shakes? Ask yourself that when a chicken leg has got more protein in it?
