Getting bottom surgery in like 30 hours and I have so many meme ideas. I've had one of these ideas for almost 3 years, I'm so excited

As someone who has had srs, I'm telling you it's a horrible idea you will likely end up regretting. It will leave you a life long medical patient, and has many inharent risks. On top of that it won't fix whatever mental stress you are facing.

Honestly I wouldn't wish this on anyone. It's not only going to be permenantly damaging it's going to hurt the whole time. I've been shocked, stabbed, beaten, almost drowned, and have had other medical procedures and this hurt worse than all of that put together.
