I’m not really big on social media… but my friend Ashley posts the pictures she takes on here, and I like supporting my friends ^^

I listen to a lot of metal, but I’m not picky! My favorite bands are Sanity’s Fall, Linkin Park, Metallica- sometimes I’ll listen to Ghost or Babymetal, too.

I have a cat, his name is Gizmo. I’ve had him for as long as I can remember, he’s really awesome. I like animals, but I’m not a huge fan of dogs… I still like them a little bit, though. They’re still animals after all.

My best friend is Larry, he lives in the basement (most unhinged thing I’ve said today, believe it or not). I love all my friends, though.

I play video games a lot, but my dad doesn’t mind. I keep up with my grades enough. Nothing special, just B’s and C’s, sometimes A’s but it’s rare.

I’m not really picky with food, either. If I had to pick a favorite though, it would be pizza. It’s the only right answer having come from Jersey, y’know?

Gizmo’s big because he’s a maine coon (could also maybe be because I slide him extra Friskies 🤫). He also serves as a weighted blanket sometimes, or just to cuddle with. He’s warm, fluffy, chonky, and the bestest boy ever ☺️

Of course you can pet him! He’s the friendliest cat ever. Sometimes I take him around the apartment. David likes him a lot, and it makes me happy that he’s happy. Gizmo loves the attention, too. He head butts me all the time when I pet him, but he does it with so much love that I can’t be mad 😭

Sometimes I feel like a buzzkill for wearing my prosthetic around my friends. I mean, it’s not like I can really take it off. I feel naked without it. One time though, Chug said he could never tell if I was having fun or not. It wasn’t meant to be mean, but I think about it a lot.

Every once in a while, my dad’ll take me out for a guys day, even let me skip school sometimes. We have these really cheesy T-shirts that say “Father Fisher” and “Son Fisher” that we wear out to arcades and movies and stuff. It’s fun, especially since I don’t get to see him a lot.

The Fisher jokes are killing me, though. I made the mistake of watching The Matrix with him after Larry and I went (it’s a GOOD MOVIE).

That damn kissing scene came on. It would have been fine, if the old fart didn’t have to go;

“there’s a million fish in the sea. Someday, you’ll have someone like that. You know why?”

“Because I’m a Fisher.”

“BECAUSE YOU’RE A FISHER!!”

“Alright, dad.”

We got kicked out of the theater after that.

I’m not really bothered by people misgendering me, regardless of if it’s on purpose or on accident.

I used to get bullied a lot growing up, but I learned that the best thing you can do is ignore it all together. That, or own it. Telling them otherwise won’t change anything, and it’s not worth fighting over something that I don’t care about.

The people who do it on accident though are the least of my worries. I can’t see myself getting worked up over a mistake, you know? I don’t see the point in correcting them.

My old prosthetic used to be pink. I got that one so my mom would recognize me after the accident since pink was her favorite color. After I left the hospital though, I went back to school and got made fun of for it.

I guess I was just sick of being told that pink was a ‘girl color’. I don’t remember what I was thinking, but one day I just decided I didn’t care and tied my hair in pigtails. I don’t really think colors and styles and clothes have gender, I guess.
