I'm sure you've been asked this question like 4,000 times, so I apologize, but I cannot for the LIFE of me seem to find the site or template or whatever you use for making the fake Instagram pages. Is there a site or template for it, and if so, can I ask what it is? Thank you so much in advance!!

Hi sorry I didn't see this earlier. It's a really old PSD file (Instagram looks quite different now lol)

I don't have the exact file but if you just google "instagram aesthetic template tumblr" I see a bunch of suggestions that are similar. If you look in the images tab you can see exactly what they'll look like too! Then just click the source. If it's from a tumblr page then hopefully it's the og post with a download link.
