Chasing Elements in The Faroe Islands
Norway-based photographer Christian Hoiberg captured the Faroe Islands, a rugged archipelago in the North Atlantic with endless of opportunities for landscape photographers. Located between Norway and Iceland, it’s prone for rough and often unwelcoming weather systems, which is exactly what Christian loves about this region.
Check out this amazing capture above Nā Pali Coast State Park, located along the northwest side of Kauai in the Hawaiian Islands. “Nā Pali” means “many cliffs” in Hawaiian, and some such cliffs rise to roughly 4,000 feet (1,200 m) above the Pacific Ocean. This area is inaccessible by vehicle, but can be reached by hiking or helicopter, as well as from the ocean by kayak or paddleboard.
