For today only the Ultimate Chimera will be nice to anyone that comes near it. Do not worry about the teeth... this is not just a trick. The Ultimate Chimera doesnât know anything about dates after all.
pkprincessâ:
  If only.
The birds make their quick escape and she supposes she should, too. Running isnât her favorite choice to make, but losing a limb to teeth to like that probably shouldnât be among her first experiences in this place.
So, cursing under her breath, she turns and makes a run for whatever savior she finds first. In this case, itâs a tree. Maybe that thing canât climb trees?
Chasing is always fun, though also getting the other in their teeth is fun. However the Chimera is stopped when they ram into a tree their target climbed. They roar as they thunk their head against the tree. Its true they werenât made to climb, but that doesnât mean they will give up.
When the tree didnât seem to give to the Ultimate Chimeraâs rams the creature decided to just walk around the tree. Itâs eyes waiting for movement to chase, no matter if it was the girl or something new.Â
the ultimate chimera also happens to be the ultimate babyÂ
pkprincessâ:
Oh. That thing is here, too. Thatâs cool. Itâs just about as cool as Kumatora not having any powers with which to fight most efficiently, so she should probably be smart about this.
Which means⊠Backing away, and hoping the creature doesnât notice her.
If only Kumatora was lucky enough to not be spotted. The Ultimate Chimera doesnât roar right about but it steps are heard as they walk right though the birds, sending them all flying.
Then they roar, giving the other a small chance to to run before the beast gives chance.
Is the Ultimate Chimera not roaring for one time? There is a lack of people around but there are still some birds right in fount of it.
Seems the little bird on itâs head is making some peeps at the other birds, so for now the Ultimate Chimera isnât trying to scare or bite them.
It seems as if The Ultimate Chimera is turned off. This might be an okay time to get near.
owlbtchâ:
⊠Thatâs not a friend.Â
As the creature let out itâs roar and ran towards her, she stumbled back and nearly tripped onto her bottom. Turning around, Gwendolyn was quick to run, taking in a sharp inhale and shouting as loudly as she couldâ
âWAAAAHHH!! DONâT HURT ME!! IâM A FRIEND!!âÂ
The Ultimate Chimera oddly enough tries to claw at the person as they ran, just missing them but crushing the ground near them. It roared again before it went back to itâs chase. The other had gotten a head start but they needed to get out of the Ultimate Chimeraâs eyesight to get away.
Or else they were going to get some teeth in their skin. Better think fast becase The Ultimate Chimera wasnât going to listen.
owlbtchâ:
She has no idea what this creature is.
However, to her, it looks like a friend.Â
Seems the Ultimate Chimera has noticed the other person, it doesnât take it long to roar at them. Then it starts to run at them, ready to attempt to bite them.
Unlike a friend.
The sky is clear, however the Ultimate Chimera roars anyway. This time its more at new people it could chase.
The Ultimate Chimera just roars at the darkness in the sky.
kiratteâ:
Once he was freed, his foot was free to start dotting the sidewalk with red from above. He looked down at the injury for a moment, considering it an inconvenience, but one he could fix. That near-overly equipped first aid kit heâd earned a while back could find some use.
Regardless of the level of trouble, and regardless of how much strength he was lacking, Dune struck out at the exposed tooth still bearing a spot of his blood. His force was equivalent to a normal humanâs, but he was skilled at finding the best places to hit. The spinning kick with his uninjured foot knocked off the tip of that tooth, and frankly that was enough for now. A small injury for a small injury.
âRemember that,â he said, a smirk sharpening as soon as he flew higher. As if completing the taunt, he leaned over to where his face was more within reach than anything else. He was much safer there anyway, twice the height from before.
âCome find me again until you win. Iâll take a few surprises.â In the twisted current circumstances, this was the most fun heâd had in a while. Something that could understand his taunts would be even better, but he could settle for being irritating for talking at all.
The Ultimate Chimera never had someone really get an attack on it before, with how it normally could kill anyone it bit into without too much of a problem. However in this strange city it couldnât do that the same way as before. It could almost feel annoyed by this, if it was smart enough to understand.
It was smart enough to know that the chipped tooth did hurt, and it let out another roar, its claws scratching at the ground in anger as it dug into the earth under it. What they wanted to keep biting was too high up for them, and even if they could climb the other would just keep out of reach.Â
Why! Why! It wanted to kill, yet it couldnât.Â
It might also not understand the words the other was using, but it could understand the tone. Perhaps it would decide to hunt this person more, if it didnât forget what they looked like. At the very least the little bird on itâs head would remember this.
Lucas, there seems to be a chimera in the bathroom
hclianthussâ:
It was as normal of a day as it could be, he supposed there was rarely anything to doâ he hadnât seen anyone familiar except⊠that Chimera. To be honest, out of everything that could have come from the Nowhere Islands⊠why did it have to be that? There was no use mulling over it⊠heâd just have to be careful.Â
Even so⊠it seemed that nothing good would come out of today eitherâ seeing a small bird running from a cat, of course it was natural to hide. When the bird came close enough, Lucas held out his hand softly to let it jump on, blocking the catâs view of the bird.
                      â Hey⊠You should be safe here. â
The bird took itâs chance to get away from the cat, just a little peep as it let itself be held in the young boyâs hand. It had only wandered away from the Ultimate Chimera it sat on for a little while, after all it needed some time for charge itâs battery before the bird would turn it back on.
âPeep peep!â ( Thank you for keeping me safe from that cat, I only wanted a closer look at some flowers and it chased me all the way over here...) The little bird wanted to go back to the flowers, since that is were the Ultimate Chimera was.
@hclianthuss
Lucasâs next meeting with the Ultimate Chimera isnât like the last, after all there is a lack of pink and a lack of teeth moving towards them.
Its a little bird, and its running from one of the many cats in the city. Without its normal partner it looks just like a normal small yellow bird. Its making peeping noises and it attempts to hide behind Lucas from the cat. Â
nightmxre-eyesâ:
âWhoa, hey!â The feline said as she walked nearby. âHello to you too, little fella!â What even was this little creature anyway? It looked weird, save for the one bird on itâs head. Mae wanted to pet it.
A cat creature? The ultimate Chimera didnât normally care about what it would chase but this one was strange. Not like other strange chimeras that it had been housed around, but not like the people who made it. Somewhere in the middle... but it wouldnât think on this.
No it roared again, right in Maeâs face, sharp teeth nice and wide this time around. It expected itâs new prey to run, but if it didnât then it would just end up attempting to bite them.Â
Its early in the morning and the Ultimate Chimera is already making roars at people who have just woke up. Thats for sure one kind of wake up call for those poor people.
kiratteâ:
He started paying too much genuine attention to the creatureâs appearance, drawing out the minor connection he held to the Apostlesâ endless scientists. Was it one of the more interesting extraterrestrials, or was it an Earthlingâs bizarre creation? It did look a little disjointed in its appearance, unlike the one on his shoulderâŠ
When he noticed it was making an attempt at reaching him, he was pleasantly amused for the one second he didnât think he could be reached. Realizing he could be, he tried rushing backward without the time left to fully escape. A sharply tapered tooth pierced his foot to the full dramatic reaction of silence and a tenser frame.
Torn from above like a captive insect, Dune kept stubbornly hovering as far as the rest of him went. With slightly more life in his eyes, a hint of fierceness often buried, he said, âEven better. But can you do it again?â
With the speed of his flight as high as ever, he was going to shoot out of the creatureâs teeth the instant it parted them to any extent. One bite was accomplishment enough.
The Ultimate Chimera wasnât used to prey getting away so often like this. Even if it had gotten the start of a good bite in, it didnât get to keep biting down on itâs prey like it normally would. It was strange to not at the very least knock out what they wanted to hunt.Â
If the Ultimate Chimera could huff it would, but it did what was the next best thing. That was open itâs mouth wide and roar at the other.
This would give the other a perfect shot at whatever tooth they wanted, and the Ultimate Chimera wouldnât find that very enjoyable as they would roar again, one of their tooth's now broken but not fully gone. Sometimes it would even bite at the air under the male, trying to get another bite into them.
