regarding the question i really like this one.. i have a lot of songs where i think about adam whenever i listen to them, but if there could be one that he heard knowing it reminded me of him i think it would have to be across the sea (weezer) or maybe waiting for you by alex g, the tone just reminds me of him, but so does in my room by the beach boys!!! so many options

i think now it’s inbetween across the sea and tragic girl, when it comes to across the sea i think i relate him to it because i have always been yearning to learn so much more, to hear everything about him there is but at the end of the day he’s gone and he won’t ever be back, no matter how much his memory is held up by teenagers who try to understand who he was as a person and that to me is incredibly depressing. it also shifts from a state of investigation to wondering "i wonder what he did day to day," and then the small stuff about people you wouldn’t usually know
