Like the title says. Sasuten where Sasuke gave Tenten an apple because knowing her, when she’s really concentrating on something she tends to forget to eat, not that he’s any better. Tenten gave him bread when they first met. he was busy practicing to control chidori and didn’t realize that the sun is setting. They just happened to meet each other with tenten holding some groceries. His stomach gave an embarrassingly loud grumble and Tenten grabbed something in her grocery bag and gave him a piece of bread “here, you can have this. Don’t worry, sensei gave me too much food and I can’t eat all of them before they expired”. Sasuke reluctantly accepted it (but appreciated it), he’ll repay her next time.

This is when Sasuke is still not used to physical intimacy, but he’ll get used to it with Tenten initiating it. In the future he’ll be the first to initiate.

kishi has 0 excuse for nerfing tenten, even if most ninja tools eventually stood no chance against really broke kenkai genkai or whatever, she could’ve had amazing kenjutsu. it really pisses me off that a bunch of characters whose main hack isn’t even swords (sasuke, killer bee, fucking orochimaru) got sword fights when ninja weapons being her skill didn’t get her anything.

AND EVEN IF she doesn’t get any of that, tentens taijutsu should be broke as fuck, she’s literally mastered every ninja weapon and is on the same team as lee and neji and was personally trained by gai. smdh that all these people can disrespect base tenten as weak because the anime didn’t do the logical minimum for her character.

Established relationship: Sasuke trying to memorize all her weapons’ names. Last time he misunderstood her thinking about another guy but it was actually her weapon.

Inspired by that dialogue in the Naruto game with Shikamaru who misunderstood Tenten too. Thinking that her ninja tools/weapons are already her boyfriends.
