I just discovered that some years ago, because someone gave a good prediction on horse racing, they were able to request an artwork out of Kaitani

Maybe we should all start studying horse racing. If we get good enough, maybe he’ll give us another volume? hehe 😋

these past few episodes of liar game had some of my fave moments. akinao's (first) hug. "i'm just another one of kanzaki nao's belongings". "i'm on the same team as akiyama-san". nao's grasp of the true test of the liar game! rewarding kindness! akiyama's doubt speech! introduction to the contraband arc! it's only gonna get better from here...

Man I used to love Liar Game, really glad it's finally getting an anime!

Although... not to be an annoying base material reader, but I think it would have greatly benefited from Nao having red hair, like she does on some of the early manga covers.

Also, I can't stop thinking about how hard she's killing it with the purple look in the new OP, like damn.

Ohhh how I looooove Veil’s art style, it’s so simple yet bold and detailed. I used to think all “masterful” works had the inclusion of a lot of detail, and while that certainly still is true, Veil strikes out to me because even the simpler drawings give you such a feeling. I like the way the artist uses heavy lining, it’s definitely something to study for future fanart.. (and the bold choices of colors perfectly matches with Liar Game’s manga covers, hehe 😋)
